Roofs that require fireproof or fireproof structures as materials;
Used as a material for constructing exterior walls and partition walls. Furthermore, wood wool and wood chip cement board products are made by compression molding a mixture of wood wool cement, additives, wood chips and cement, and are semi-noncombustible materials, and are often used for purposes such as heat insulation and sound absorption. It is also used as a core material for composite boards. In addition, in the case of composite products, the board material has better performance when combined with materials that can compensate for properties that cannot be satisfied by the substrate alone, such as weather resistance, heat insulation, fire resistance, sound absorption, sound insulation, and strength.

Although it is easy to process and has excellent heat insulation and fire resistance, it has high water absorption and is prone to chipping at corners, so special care must be taken in surface finishing and handling during construction. It has disadvantages such as requiring a waterproof finish. In addition, asbestos slate products are lightweight, fireproof, heat insulating, sound insulating,
Although it has excellent durability, there are problems in terms of waterproofness (strength, elasticity), considerable variation in workability, and whether or not surface finishing such as painting can be applied and the number of man-hours required. Furthermore, wood wool and wood chip cement board products experience significant shrinkage due to repeated dry lacquering after construction, and are prone to chipping at edges when screwed into joints or steel substrates. Furthermore, in the case of composite plate products, there are a wide variety of attachment methods depending on the use, and in each case, there are various drawbacks, such as whether the strength of the attachment part is strong enough to withstand the conditions of use. Therefore, when the above-mentioned conventional building materials are used as exterior materials, they have a high water absorption rate and are subject to deformation due to water absorption and expansion, and deterioration due to repeated freezing and thawing.
Deformation due to drying shrinkage, deterioration due to abrasion, solar heat, etc., problems with durability against external forces, and furthermore, dust and deposits can impair the aesthetic appearance.
There remain several fatal problems with this type of exterior wall material: it is difficult to remove.

とするものである。 The present invention eliminates these types of drawbacks and has a unique structure in which tiles and stones with low water absorption are used, and a special reinforcing plate with a plurality of protruding ribs is interposed. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a thin decorative panel that is thin and lightweight, has sufficient bending strength, exhibits little performance deterioration, is easy to maintain, and is inexpensive.

The above-mentioned problem was solved after a decorative material made of tiles and stone slabs was laid in the joint frame member placed in the formwork, and a reinforcing plate with multiple ribs protruding above it was placed. The problem is solved by a method of manufacturing a thin decorative panel characterized by casting and molding a hydraulic mixture such as gypsum and cement.

Reference numeral 1 in FIGS. 1 and 2 is a peripheral formwork, and a joint rubber frame 2 is laid within this peripheral formwork. In the present invention, first, this joint rubber frame 2
Decorative materials 3 such as tiles and stone slabs are laid inside.
Next, a reinforcing plate 4 having a plurality of protruding ribs having a required bending strength is disposed on this upper part. Finally, after pouring a hydraulic mixture 5 such as gypsum and cement, the peripheral formwork 1 is removed after curing to form the thin decorative panel shown in FIG. 1. Furthermore, the joint frame member is not limited to rubber material.
