場所、操作性の面からも好ましいものではなかつ

ことによつて洗浄液で閉止し、洗浄液を排出する
事によつて開放し得るよう形成して成るものであ
る。

12を介して、冷却部15に導かれるとともに洗
浄槽本体1の下底壁5方向の蒸気も、冷却部15
に吸引されて凝縮液化するから、洗浄部14の洗
浄蒸気は消失するとともに冷却部15の冷気によ
つて、洗浄部14は冷却され、被洗浄物3の冷却
乾燥が可能となる。この冷却乾燥完了後は、蓋体
