Tufted pile fabrics made by tufting space-dyed yarns that are partially dyed in unique colors are well known, and tufted carpets in which the pile surface has a marbling tone by adding length differences to the pitches of the space-dyed yarns that change to unique colors are also known. .

According to the conventional technology, unless special equipment is used to screen-print a pile yarn aligned in a beam shape in a blurred pattern and then tuft it as is, the discolored part of the space-dyed yarn that changes in shade, which is partially dyed in two shades of light and shade. Even if the length is long and the color gradually changes from dark to light, it is practically impossible to tuft the stitches so that the color changes smoothly between adjacent piles, and the overall color tone changes gradually. It is not possible to obtain a granite-like tufted pile fabric with a cloud-like marbling pattern.

Therefore, in the case of tufting space-dyed yarn to create a marbling pattern in which piles of different colors are scattered on the pile surface, the present invention gently changes the color between the scattered piles of different colors, so that the overall color tone is gentle. The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a granite-like tufted pile fabric in which a cloud pattern and a marbling pattern that change in color are mixed.

The tufted pile fabric 16 according to the present invention has a granite-like pattern mixed with a cloud pattern and a marbling pattern in which the overall color tone changes gently on the pile surface, and is made of twisted single fibers that are twisted and bound between the fibers. Thread 1
1 and a non-twisted thread 12 which is substantially non-twisted and has no binding between fibers, or a fine thread 13 of 50 denier or less
A pile 15 is created by the yarn 14 that is wrapped and tied.
is formed, and the twisted single yarn 11 is a space-dyed yarn partially dyed in a different color.

The twisted single yarn 11 may be a multifilament yarn or a spun yarn, but when a spun yarn is used, the inner center becomes hollow during the spinning process, and the fibers are intertwined and twisted on the outside so that the center is soft and the outside is hard. It is best to use air-spun yarn that is made by twisting the fibers so that they are difficult to unravel by eye.

A multifilament yarn or a spun sliver is used for the non-twisted yarn 12, and when a spun sliver is used, the twisted single yarn 11 and the aligned thin yarn 13 are used.
It is preferable to prepare a non-twisted bound spun yarn by winding it and use it.

The thin yarn 13 is roughly wound at a rate of 2 times or less per 1 cm of the length of the pile yarn, and in the case of a pile yarn in which twisted single yarn 11 and non-twisted yarn 12 are intertwisted, the number of twists is per 1 cm of the length of the pile yarn. The twisted single yarn 11 and the non-twisted yarn 12 are tied together twice or less to form a pile yarn 14.

The length (pitch) of 7.18 is also not particularly limited, but if you want to randomly change the color tone of the entire pile surface to create a hazy granite tone, set the pile length to 1.

The length of 7.18 is around 5cm and the pile length h is 2 to 4.
It is recommended to double the amount.

According to the present invention, when the pile yarn 14 is made by winding the fine yarn 13 and binding the twisted single yarn 11 and the non-twisted yarn 12, the fine yarn 13 has a length of 1.
It is roughly wound at a rate of 2 times or less per cm, and in the case of a twisted single yarn 11 and a non-twisted yarn 12 twisted together, the number of twists is 2 times or less per 1 cm of length. The twisted single yarn 11 and the untwisted yarn 12 are lightly tied together, and when the pile yarn 14 is cut or bent to form a cut pile or loop pile with a pile length of 5 to 7 mm, the untwisted yarn 12 is formed. Since each fiber is untwisted, it is released from the binding by the twisted single yarn 11 that is intertwisted and bundled or the fine yarn 13 that is tied and bundled, and becomes bulky, but each fiber constituting the twisted single yarn 11 Because it is twisted, it is difficult to open the yarn compared to the untwisted yarn 12, and due to the difference in the degree of opening, the twisted single yarn 11 has a bulkier untwisted yarn 12. They are scattered on the pile surface, surrounded by a group of fibers.

In that case, the different colored parts 17 and 18 of the twisted single yarn 11 that are dyed in different shades and scattered on the pile surface are different colored parts 19 and 1 from the surrounding non-twisted yarn 12.

Further, the different colored portions 17 and 18 of the twisted single yarn 11 are different colors from the non-twisted yarn 12, and the portions 19 and 19' form a marbling pattern based on the color of the non-twisted yarn 12.

Also, unlike plied and twisted yarns that are difficult to open, the constituent fibers of the twisted single yarns 11 also open slightly on the yarn surface and mix with the fibers of the untwisted yarns 12, so that the untwisted yarns surrounding the twisted single yarns 11 The strips 12 have the colors 19, 19', 19'', etc. of the twisted single yarns 11, and as a result, the fibers of the non-twisted yarn strips 12, which are the base of the part where the twisted single yarns 11 form the marbling pattern, are not twisted. The color is a mixture of the single yarns 11, 17 and the non-twisted yarns 12, and the color tone between the twisted single yarns 19, 19', 19'', which are scattered and form a marbling pattern, changes smoothly.

The cloud pattern, in which the marbling pattern portion and the plain tone portion are alternately drawn at random, is also created using the twisted single yarn 11,
17 and the non-twisted yarn 12, and the same color of the twisted single yarns 11, 18 and the non-twisted yarn 12, and since the non-twisted yarn 12 is interposed between them, The color tone also changes gradually, and due to the change in color tone, the cloud pattern formed by the marbling pattern part and the plain part, and the irregularity of the partial marbling pattern mixed in the cloud pattern, the entire pile surface is has a granite-like appearance, and thus a novel tufted pile fabric 16 is obtained.
