and a lid 1b, and when the hole 4 of the lid 1b is engaged with the protruding shaft 3 provided on the case body 1a,
A lid 1b is rotatably combined with the case body 1a. Furthermore, this tape case 1
is large enough to accommodate four cassette tapes, and for this reason, the case body 1a is provided with a rotation prevention piece 2 that engages with the hubs of the four cassette tapes to prevent them from rotating.

組立てているものであつた。 Conventionally, this tape case 1 is made by molding a case body 1a and a lid 1b, and then dropping them from a molding machine using a protruding device. The dropped case body and lid are then received by a box or a conveyor, and in the subsequent process, they are manually removed. They were then assembled together as shown in Figure 1.

た。 However, in this conventional method, when the case body 1a and the lid 1b fall from the molding machine, the molded product may be cracked or scratched due to collision with the case body 1a or the lid 1b or the impact of the fall. This was inefficient because it sometimes resulted in defective products and required a lot of manpower to assemble.

is one mold for injection molding the case body 1a and the lid 1b;
are molded in pairs on the left and right sides of the mold 5, and in this case, two pairs of case bodies 1a and lids 1b are molded at the same time. Reference numeral 6 denotes an assembly mechanism, and when a molded product is molded by the mold 5 as described above, this assembly mechanism 6 moves from position A, which is waiting above the mold 5, to a traveling machine (not shown). After descending in the direction of arrow A, it moves forward in the direction of arrow B, and receives the case body 1a and lid 1b protruding from the mold 5 by suction. After that, the assembly mechanism 6 moves in the directions of arrows C, D, and E, and at position B, combines the case body 1a and the lid 1b, engages the protruding shaft 3 and the hole 4, and then rotates 90 degrees. Move down in the direction of the arrow and release the tape case 1 at position C.

Next, the assembly mechanism 6 will be explained. As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, this assembly mechanism 6 has a support plate 11 and two plates 12 and 13 that are rotatable with respect to the support plate 11. Shafts 16 and 17 are integrally fixed to these plates 12 and 13 by respective arms 14 and 15.
and the arm 18 of the plate 12 is rotatably engaged with the shaft 17, and the arm 19 of the plate 13 is rotatably engaged with the shaft 16, so that the plate 12, 13 are rotatably connected to each other, and the shafts 16 and 17 are rotatably supported by the arms 20 and 21 of the support plate 11, so that the plates 12 and 13 are rotatably connected to each other. 13 can be opened and closed.

Guides 32 and 33 are provided on the side edges of the front surface of 13. In addition, the support plate 11 has a positioning pin 3.
4, and one end of the shaft 24 is protruded, and its tip 24a also serves as a positioning pin.
These positioning pins 34 and the tip 24a of the shaft 24
are inserted into the holes 35, 36 of the mold 5 and aligned. Further, on the front surfaces of the plates 12 and 13, presser pins 37 and 38 are provided for holding down the engagement portion between the case body 1a and the lid 1b.

The tips 24a of the mold 5 are inserted into the holes 35 and 36 of the mold 5, and the mold 5 and the assembly mechanism 6 are aligned. In this state, the protruding member 3 provided on the mold 5
9 and 40, the case body 1a and the lid 1b are molded into the mold 5.
These are then projected along the guides 32,33. Then, the case body 1a and the lid 1b are suctioned and suctioned by the suction pads 29 and 30, and are positioned relative to the assembly mechanism 6. In this case, even if the protruding amounts of the protruding members 39 and 40 of the case body 1a and the lid 1b are set to be slightly larger, the suction pads 29,
30 is moved backward by the spring 31, so that its protrusion amount is absorbed.

行なわれる。 When the assembly mechanism 6 reaches the B position, the air cylinder 27 is activated, and the rotation of the miter gear 25 causes the plates 12 and 13 to rotate around the shafts 16 and 17 in the direction in which they are mutually closed as shown in FIG. As a result, the case body 1a and the lid 1b are fitted together, and the presser pin 3 is attached as shown in FIG.
7 and 38 press the engaging portion between the protruding shaft 3 and the hole 4, the tip of the protruding shaft 3 is fitted into the hole 4, and the tape case 1 is automatically assembled. In this case, the suction pads 29 and 30 are attached to the plates 12 and 1.
3, assembly can be carried out smoothly.
