(イ) 技術分野
本発明は、転写成形装置を用いて成形と同時に
転写用フイルム上の図柄の転写を行なつた後、成
形品から転写用フイルムをはぎ取る方法に関する

イルム10は成形品24からこれと角度αを形成
した状態ではがされていく。このはぎ取り角度α
は転写用フイルム10の左方向への移動に伴なつ
て転写用フイルム10が伸びることにより形成さ
れる。成形品24の転写用フイルム10との付着
面が略垂直な場合には、上記のような方法によつ
て転写用フイルム10をはぎ取つたとしても、転
写用フイルム10に異常に大きな引張力が作用す
ることはない。しかし、成形品24の転写用フイ
ルム10との付着面が垂直面となす角度が、第1
図に示す角度βのようにはぎ取り角度αよりも大
きい部分では、成形品24との付着面から上方へ
引きはがす力の成分がないため、転写用フイルム
10に非常に大きな引張力を作用させなければ転
写用フイルム10をはぎ取ることができない。こ
のため、はぎ取りの際に転写用フイルム10に非
常に大きな張力が作用し、転写用フイルム10を
破損したり、過大な伸びを生じて次回の転写時に
使用する図柄の変形を生じたりして、図柄を精密

によつて転写用フイルム71の幅方向の位置決め
が行なわれる。転写用フイルム71の長手方向位
置決め及び幅方向位置決めは、図示してない長手
方向センサー及び幅方向センサーによつて転写用
フイルム71上のマークを検出することにより行

れる。次いで、可動型40が第2図中で右方向へ
移動し、可動型40が固定型36へ密着する。こ
のため、転写用フイルム71は可動型40及び固
定型36間へはさみ込まれる。可動型40及び固
定型36は位置ずれを生じないように、ガイドピ
ン及びプツシユによつて互いに案内されている。
次いで、図示してないノズルから固定型36の凸
部36′及び可動型40の凹部40′によつて構成
される成形部へ溶融樹脂が射出される。こうする
ことによつて、成形品88が成形されると同時に
転写用フイルム71上の図柄が成形品88の表面
へ転写される。このときの送給側ガイド82,8
3、巻取側ガイド84,85、中間ガイド86、
及び転写用フイルム71の位置を第2図上に仮想
線で示す。次いで、成形品88の冷却後、型開き
及び転写用フイルム71のはぎ取りが行なわれ
る。すなわち、可動型40が第2図中で左方向へ

下流側においてそれぞれ送給ロール73及び巻取

に示すように送給側ガイド83、巻取側ガイド8
4、及び中間ガイド86によつて左方向へ引張ら
れ、各成形品88の上側及び下側の両方からそれ
ぞれはぎ取り角度α1及びα2を形成しながらはぎ取
られていく。転写用フイルム71は成形品88の
両側からはぎ取られていくため、成形品88の端
部が第2図に示すように垂直面に対して角度α1及
びα2よりも大きい角度βをなしていたとしても、
転写用フイルム71は付着面に対して上方への力
を受けるため容易にはぎ取ることができる。従つ
て、角度βが90度に近い成形品の多数個取りの場
合であつても、転写用フイルム71を破損するこ
となくはぎ取ることができる。また、各成形品8
8の両側から転写用フイルム71のはぎ取りが行
なわれるため、はぎ取りに要する時間も短縮され

形と同時に転写用フイルム上の図柄を各成形品に
転写した後、フイルム位置決め装置が設けられて
いる金型側に転写用フイルムを拘束して型開きす
ることにより、フイルム位置決め装置が設けられ
ていない側の金型に取り残される複数の成形品に
付着している転写用フイルムをはぎ取る転写成形
における転写用フイルムはぎ取り方法において、
フイルム位置決め装置が設けられた金型側に設け
られたフイルム案内用の送給側ガイド及び巻取側
ガイドと、金型パーテイング面との間に転写用フ
イルムを挿通させるフイルム案内用のすきまを形
成するように上記金型の成形部間に固定され転写
用フイルムが上記金型パーテイング面から遠去か
る方向に相対的に移動したとき転写用フイルムが
接触して上記すきま以上に転写用フイルムが遠去
かることを阻止可能な中間ガイドによつて、型開
き動作の際に転写用フイルムを成形品から引き離
すことにより、転写用フイルムを成形品からはぎ
取るようにしたので、大きな角度の付着面を有す
る成形品の多数個取りの場合であつても転写用フ
イルムの破損及び過大な変形を生ずることなく転
写用フイルムをはぎ取ることができる。しかも、
成形品の両側からはぎ取りが行なわれるため、は

側ガイドと、金型パーテイング面との間に転写用
フイルムを挿通させるフイルム案内用のすきまを
形成するように上記金型の成形部間に固定され転
写用フイルムが上記金型パーテイング面から遠去
かる方向に相対的に移動したとき転写用フイルム
が接触して上記すきま以上に転写用フイルムが遠
去かることを阻止可能な中間ガイドとによつて、
型開き動作の際に転写用フイルムを成形品から引
き離すことにより、転写用フイルムを成形品から
はぎ取ることを特徴とする転写成形における転写
