Conventionally, insulating piping materials, such as copper pipes or resin pipes, whose outer periphery is covered with foamed synthetic resin have low heat radiation loss and can be left as is, but those with an air insulation layer around the outer periphery of the pipe do not dissipate heat as is. Since the loss is large and rainwater enters from the ends, it is necessary to seal the ends of the piping material by wrapping tape or the like, which is very complicated and inconvenient.

The present invention was invented in view of the above circumstances, and has a structure in which the pipe body is housed in a corrugated inner resin tube, and this inner resin tube is further housed in a corrugated outer resin tube, so that the end portion of the insulating piping material is The present invention relates to an insulating piping material that can be easily covered with a cap, has little heat radiation loss through an air insulation layer, and can prevent rainwater from entering.

As the film with low thermal emissivity, aluminum foil or a synthetic resin film laminated on aluminum foil is used, and in the latter case, it is wound so that the aluminum foil becomes the outer surface. An outer resin tube 5 is provided around the outer periphery of the wound film 4. The outer resin tube 5 is a corrugated resin tube in which an inward protrusion 6 is formed.

A film 4 is provided on the outer periphery of the inner resin tube 2 to prevent heat radiation due to radiation, and an outer resin tube 5 is provided on the outer periphery of the film 4. Since the outer resin tube 5 is formed with an inward protrusion 6, an air layer 8 is formed between the film and the outer resin tube 5. If the ends of such insulating piping materials are not sealed, their insulation properties will be impaired and rainwater will enter. The caps 10 and 11 shown in FIG. 1 are inserted with caps made of soft synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride to seal the ends. One end of the cap 10 is formed into a cup shape with an inner diameter that fits tightly to the outside of the outer resin pipe 5, and is brought into close contact with the outer resin pipe 5.
Two cylindrical bodies 12 are formed at the other end with an inner diameter that closely contacts the outer diameter of the inner resin pipe 2, and each inner resin pipe 2

The caps 10 and 11 are made of soft vinyl chloride or the like, and have elasticity and can be brought into close contact with the outer shape and outer diameter of the outer resin pipe 5, inner resin pipe 2, and pipe body 1. If adhesive is applied beforehand, adhesion will be good. Note that the exposed portion of the film is peeled off, and an appropriate length of the tube body 1 and inner resin tube 2 is exposed. Also, when the exposed length of the inner resin tube 2 is small, the cap 10 is peeled off. The cap 11 and the cap 11 may be integrally formed. At this time, an appropriate length may be formed at the other end of the cap 10 to be equal to the outer diameter of the tube 1 from the end of the cylindrical body 12 having an inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of the inner resin tube 2.

According to the present invention, an independent air heat insulation layer is formed between the tube body 1 and the inner resin pipe 2, and between the inner resin pipe and the outer resin pipe 5, and these are isolated from the outside, so that the heat insulation performance of the air cross-sectional layer is It also prevents rainwater from entering. Further, the cap of the present invention is easy to manufacture, the cost of the cap is low, and the installation process is simple because it only needs to be inserted and attached.
