に空気を吹き付けながら焼却する様になつてい

れている。撹拌装置は炉内に投入された被焼却物
を撹拌して被焼却物の塊状化を防ぐと共に空気と
の接触をよくして全体を平均に燃焼させるもので
あつて、炉底6の中心に立設した回転軸7の頂部
に二本又はそれ以上の撹拌翼8を放射状に取付
け、更に該撹拌翼8には多数の撹拌手9を下向き
に突設したものである。撹拌手9は云うまでもな
く炉底6に堆積する被焼却物を撹拌するものであ
るから、その下端は炉底面附近にまで達してお
り、更にこれら回転軸7、撹拌翼8及び撹拌手9
はいづれも中空体であつて互いに導通しており、
回転軸7にはブロア10が接続されると共に撹拌
手9には多数の噴気孔11が穿孔されていて、こ
こから空気を吹き出して被焼却物に対して直接吹
き付けるようになつている。

底を保護し、かつ、炉底に通気口孔を設けて空気
等を送り込むことによつて被焼却物をより安定化
して焼却能率を一段と向上させたものである。

又、予備乾燥機のある場合には炉底から予備乾
燥機の乾燥排ガス等を送り込むことにより、砂
層の温度調節を行ない、焼却灰を適宜冷却して
クリンカーの発生を防ぐことも可能である。

て、焼却能率を著るしく高めたものである。
