に射出したときの射出圧により、リリーフ回路の
油圧がリリーフ弁の設定圧以上に上昇したときに
リリーフ弁が働き、油が流出して降圧し、型締力
を調節するが、一方射出された樹脂の収縮に伴い
樹脂圧が低下し、リリーフ弁の初期設定圧以下と
なり型締力が低下しても、これに対応できないた
めに、スタンパから情報を転写記録するデイスク

を検出する圧力検出器を設けるとともに、型締力
を設定する設定器と、該設定器からの設定値と前
記検出器からの検出値とを比較する比較器とを具
備し、該比較器からの出力信号により前記圧力調
整弁を制御することを特徴としており、調整シリ
ンダーで熱による型締力の微小変化を吸収できる

各タイバーに加わる型締力を一定になるようにフ
イードバツク制御するから、熱影響等による型締
力の微小変化を吸収して一定の型締力を得ること
ができる。したがつて、デイスクのような超精密
成形を必要とする製品が確実、容易に製造できる
ようになつた顕著な効果を奏することは勿論のこ
と、本発明では調整シリンダへ圧油を供給する油
路を固定部であるトグルサポートに穿設せる油路
を介して構成しているため、油圧回路中に回転部
がないので回転弁を設ける必要がなく油漏れに対
する特別の配慮も不要で、制御が確実で、装置を
