〔産業上の利用分野〕
この発明は、二次側流体の逆流を確実に防止す
るようにした主として高圧流体用のバキユームブ

に砂等の異物が挾在したり、その他何らかの原因
で該部を封止できない場合等に、その隙間に上記
通気口より外気を流入させて二次側の流体が逆流
するのを防止するようにしたものである。

て、流体抵抗の極めて少ないバキユームブレーカ
ーを考案したものであるが(実願昭60−202676号
〔実開昭62−110659号公報〕参照)、該バキユーム
ブレーカー、一次側の流体圧が低圧の場合は問題
はないが、約4Kg/cm2以上の高圧である場合、何
らかの原因で通水が中断しても、その当初、通気
弁体には猶、相当の流体圧が負荷されているた
め、第5図に示したように、比較的軟質の上記通
気弁体イの内周縁部分ロのみが逆止弁体ハによつ
て押上げられ、その中間部分ニに流体が停留して
該中間部分の下面が通気口ホを遮閉したまゝの状
態となるため、上述したようなバキユームブレー
カーの逆流防止機能が阻害されるという猶、解決

り、上述した問題点を解決したものである。

がきわめて簡単なものであるから、通水時の流水
抵抗が著しく低減できる等、従来のこの種バキユ
ームブレーカーには期待できなかつた多くの優れ
た根果が齎らされるものである。
