た。-Prior Art- As is well known, in the case of automobile interior parts such as instrument panels and armrests, there are cases where it is desired to obtain a solid interior by finishing the interior with an appearance and texture similar to that of natural wood. In such cases, conventionally, a moldable resin core material 1 is used as shown in FIG.
A sheet 3 made of vinyl chloride or the like with a print 2 such as a wood grain pattern printed on it is pasted with an adhesive on the surface of the core material 1 (see Sankaido Publishing [Automotive Engineering Zensho Vol. 13, Passenger Car Body]), or a similar core material 1 A thin board of natural wood is glued to the surface of the wood. However, with the former laminated material, the surface layer is just a printed pattern, so it is easy to visually tell that it is a counterfeit product, and the surface is not breathable, so if you touch it with sweaty hands, it will be hard to tell. There is a problem with the texture of the product. Since the latter interior material has an outer surface made of natural wood, it is possible to obtain an interior product that is visually and tactilely satisfying. I've reached my limit.

Because it has a unique appearance and feel, it has the potential to replace the interior materials mentioned above. However, parts made from this wood-based vinyl chloride composite resin are sensitive to impact, and if the proportion of wood powder mixed in is lowered, the appearance and feel will become closer to that of vinyl chloride resin, resulting in an inferior wood feel. There are some difficulties.

It is proposed that a resin layer mainly composed of soft vinyl chloride mixed with the above-mentioned wood powder in an amount of 20% by weight or less be laminated as a core material.

A vinyl chloride composite resin layer 5 is laminated. That is, since the core material 4 in the illustrated example is a mixture of vinyl chloride resin and wood powder such as wood powder or crushed wood pieces in a range of 10 to 20 percent by weight, the properties of the core material are mostly that of vinyl chloride. It has properties similar to resin, and has excellent impact resistance and moldability. In addition, the wood-based vinyl chloride composite resin layer 5 used as the surface layer of the interior parts contains wood powder such as wood powder or crushed wood pieces in a resin mainly composed of vinyl chloride resin (which may also be foamed vinyl chloride). 40~
Since it is formed by mixing in a range of 60% by weight, it exhibits properties that closely resemble natural wood in both appearance and feel, and the same layer exhibits a wide degree of moldability when preheated. Of course, there is a wood-based vinyl chloride composite resin layer 5 on the surface of the core material 4 whose base material is vinyl chloride resin.
In order to form the core material 4 and the wood-based vinyl chloride composite resin layer 5, which are separately produced in the form of a plate, may be heated and welded, but it is also possible to mold them simultaneously by co-extrusion. In the above embodiments, a core material containing 10 to 20 weight percent of wood powder was used, but a vinyl chloride resin containing no wood powder may be used.

It's worn. The wood-based vinyl chloride composite resin layer 5A is similar to the first embodiment,
Since it is obtained by mixing 40 to 60 percent by weight of wood such as wood powder and wood fragments into a mixed resin mainly composed of vinyl chloride, it has a state that closely resembles natural wood in terms of appearance and feel, and is free from moisture. Even if it contains moisture, sweat, etc., this moisture evaporates into the air through the ventilation holes 6, so it is always kept dry. Therefore, the interior material of the second embodiment is suitable for grips, waist trims, etc. that easily get wet with sweat or rainwater.
