ツトした上記中間継手口金具付き高圧ホースの上
記一方の口金具に芯合せ治具を芯合せする手段と
芯合せを行つた上記芯合せ治具を通して上記高圧
ホースの孔詰りを検査するゲージ棒を上記セツト
された高圧ホース内に挿入して通過させる上記高
圧ホースに孔詰りがあつたときは上記ゲージ棒の
挿入を停止させるとともに孔詰り検出信号を送出
する手段を備えたゲージ棒挿入手段とよりなり、
上記高圧ホースの長さと上記高圧ホースの中間継
手口金具に対する両端口金具の角度位相とを目視
により検査し、上記高圧ホースの孔詰りを自動検
査する構成とした点にある。

詰りを検査するゲージ棒を前記セツトされた高圧
ホース内に挿入して通過させる前記高圧ホースに
孔詰りがあつたときは前記ゲージ棒の挿入を停止
させるとともに孔詰り検出信号を送出する手段を
備えたゲージ棒挿入手段とよりなり、前記高圧ホ
ースの長さと前記高圧ホースの中間継手口金具に
対する両端口金具の角度位相とを目視により検査
し、前記高圧ホースの孔詰りを自動検査する構成
としてあることを特徴とする中間継手口金具付き
