Polyurethane develops strong adhesive properties and solidifies by mixing liquids A and B, so
To mix filler, it was common practice to mix liquids A and B, which do not solidify, by uniformly mixing them into one liquid using a stirring mechanism, and then mixing with the other liquid and foam-molding them. .

However, in this case, unless there is a certain amount of raw material liquid relative to the amount of filler, it is difficult to mix uniformly, and a homogeneous urethane foam cannot be produced.

Another method is to mix liquid A and liquid B, and then immediately mix the filler. In this case, since the mixture with the filler is stirred using a screw propeller or the like, the urethane liquid sticks to the screw propeller or the like. In order to prevent this sticking effect, it is necessary to wash with a large amount of washing liquid within a few minutes after the mixing of Parts A and B begins to solidify, but washing each batch requires complicated equipment and cleaning The process makes the product expensive.

Means for Solving the Problem The means of the present invention is a supply system in which a screw equipped with stirring blades is arranged in the axial direction of an upright cylinder into which a solid filler supply chute is introduced, and a urethane liquid is spouted into the center of the screw. A pipe is inserted through the cylinder so that the spray nozzle at its lower end projects outside the screw, and a surrounding wall is provided at the lower end of the cylinder, and the opening edge of the surrounding wall is formed into a conical edge that bends inward.

Embodiment The device according to the present invention is designed to uniformly mix urethane and solid filler by atomizing the urethane liquid and uniformly dropping the solid filler little by little. An example of a device for this purpose is shown in FIG. Reference numeral 1 is a cylinder, and a screw 2 is installed in the axial direction of the cylinder.
The supply pipe 3 is placed in the center of the screw 2.
penetrate. Then, the urethane liquid is sprayed in a mist form from the nozzle 3a at the tip of the supply pipe 3. A surrounding wall 4 is provided at the lower end of the cylinder 1, and its opening edge is bent inward, so that the outlet 6 of the surrounding wall 4 is narrowed.

Function: The screw shaft 2a and stirring blade 8 are rotated by a driving source. The rotation direction of the stirring blade 8 may be opposite to the rotation direction of the screw shaft 2a, or it may not be rotated at all. Therefore,
A mixture of urethane liquids A and B is supplied from the supply pipe 3 and sprayed from the nozzle 3a. At the same time, a solid filler is supplied from the chute 7, forced to be fed from the top to the bottom in FIG. 1 by the screw 2, and discharged into the enclosure wall 4. During this discharge, the solid filler is dispersed by the stirring blade 8 and scattered from the outlet portion 6 into the forming tank 9. That is, the dispersed fixed filler is sprayed with the mixed liquid sprayed from the nozzle 3a through the supply pipe 3 by the stirring blade 8. In the above case, the fixed filler is separated from the screw 2 by the rotational force applied by the screw 2, and the separated solid filler is blown off by centrifugal force, hits the inner surface of the enclosure wall 4, and is dispersed. In addition, the rotating stirring blade is

When passing through the supply pipe 3, the mixed liquid of liquid A and liquid B is sprayed from the tip of the nozzle 3a and falls. Therefore, the solid filler and the mixed liquid fall uniformly and are layered, so that they are mixed uniformly and some unevenness is accelerated when the urethane foams in the molding layer 9 and its volume increases. .

According to the present invention, since the urethane liquid is rained down in the form of a spray, and the solid filler is evenly dropped onto the spray, a large amount of the solid filler is applied to the stirring blades, surrounding walls, and conical edges during molding of polyurethane foam. This allows for uniform mixing. In addition, since the urethane liquid is sprayed and the solid filler is dispersed and mixed, there is no need for a stirring mechanism, and the equipment is extremely simple, so it can be installed and used anywhere. The cost is also low.
