るため、各型3a,3bの内壁の形状に沿つて忠
実に成形される。第2図ハは、冷却後に離型され
た完成品を示し、多孔質弾性体2は、樹脂材4
a,4bの冷却に伴う収縮を妨げることなく、樹
脂材の収縮時に発生する内部応力によつて収縮変
形する。すなわち、多孔質弾性体2内の空隙は、
収縮力により減縮あるいは潰され、その体積が減
少する。なお、多孔質弾性体2は、樹脂材4a,
4bの収縮によつて圧縮された分だけ収縮するこ
とのみであるから、収縮率の相違に基づいて樹脂
材4a,4bと多孔質弾性体2との境界面に間隙
が発生する等の虞れはない。補強金具1の周縁部
の板状部1aにおいては、多孔質弾性体2のクツ
シヨン作用により、板状部1aがその先端で樹脂
