く機の稼動制御を電子化した場合の蓋スイツチの

る為に「押し上げ片」を設けて1個のスイツチで
構成している。第1図は上記例の構造の安全スイ
ツチの構成を示す。1はリーフスイツチでありベ
ース2にネジ3で固着される。蓋4が閉じた状態
では、蓋レバー5が押し上げられ、それに伴いア
ンバランスレバー6が上方に変位し、先端部の押
しあげ部7により押しあげ片8にてリーフスイツ
チ1の押圧子9を押しあげてON状態となしてい
る。アンバランスレバー6はベース2及び蓋レバ
ー5との間に押圧バネ10及び11を介挿して、
蓋レバー5がベース2に対し、及びアンバランス
レバー6が蓋レバー5に対しそれぞれ一方向に付

イツチ1のベース2への取付を調整する等の、新
たなる調整作業が必要であり、かつ蓋開閉とアン
バランス作動による異常検知の差(即ち時間の
差)を大きくとり、確実になす事がむづかしかつ

の様に蓋21を閉じた状態であるから、上記固定
接片27及び可動接片28はON状態にある。同
ON状態にする為には、蓋レバー24にて、安全
レバー29を上方に移動せしめ、安全レバー29
の上端に回転自在に軸支された可動体30の一端
にて、前述の可動片28の先端L字形屈折部2
8′を押圧せしめる。なお可動体30は、その一
部を安全レバー29に回転自在に軸支される一
方、基材31に形成した上下方向に長寸法を有す
る異形穴32に遊嵌するスライド凸起33を形成
した電気的絶縁材例えば合成樹脂材等で成す。な

着する一方、蓋21側端部の突出片34にて安全

のでスイツチのON−OFF精度を高めることがで
