Knitting device part A′ and knitting yarn supply part (knitting yarn bobbin)
It was manufactured using a knitted fabric covered yarn manufacturing apparatus in which C was integrally constructed. That is, this device consists of a fixed machine base 1, a through hole in the center of which the lower end is fixedly attached to the machine base 1, through which the knitted fabric covering yarn Z is inserted, and a guide in the vertical direction on the periphery. A needle barrel body 2 in which a groove is formed, a plurality of knitting needles 3 with a latch which are disposed movably up and down in the guide groove and have a protrusion in the radial direction at the lower part, and a protrusion of the knitting needle with the latch 3 on an inner peripheral wall. A rotating cylinder 4' is formed with a circumferential guide groove for raising and lowering the needle and rotates around the needle cylinder 2, and a core is attached to the outer periphery of the rotating cylinder 4' so as to rotate integrally. A guide bar 5 having a guide hole 5a that guides the yarn X from above to below, and a bobbin C for knitting yarn Y, which is also attached to the outer circumference of the rotary cylinder 4' so as to rotate integrally, are rotatably held. It has a support bar 30. Further, the support bar 30 is provided with a tension roller 31, and the guide bar 5 is provided with a tension guide bar 6'.

The rotating bobbin C passes through the tension roller 31 and the tension guide bar 6' and is supplied to the knitting needle 3 with a latch on the circumferential side of the rotating cylinder 4' which is fixed. The protrusion engages with a guide groove on the inner circumferential wall of the rotating rotating barrel 4' and is moved up and down to knit around the core thread X in the through hole at a position immediately above the needle barrel 2. It acts to knit the fabric and form the fabric covering yarn. These knitted fabric covering yarns are then wound onto a reel (not shown) located below. In this manufacturing device, the knitting yarn Y is placed on the rotating cylinder 4' and is supplied while being rotated integrally with the knitting around the core yarn X, so that the knitted fabric is knitted around the core yarn. When the knitted fabric is twisted, no twist occurs in the knitted fabric.

Rotating parts (rotating cylinder, guide bar, support bar, etc.)
is disposed unbalanced in terms of mass with respect to its center of rotation, so center runout occurs when rotated at a rotation speed higher than a predetermined number of rotations. In particular, since the amount of knitting yarn wound on the bobbin on the support bar decreases over time, even if the bobbin is fully wound with knitting yarn and the above rotating part is balanced, the knitting yarn on the bobbin The amount changes from the beginning and during each process of use, and the balance state is constantly changing (gradually becoming unbalanced).

Specifically, the limit is approximately 200 to 300 rpm.

る。 In addition, because the knitting yarn is configured to rotate together with the rotating cylinder to prevent twisting during knitting, it is not possible to place too much yarn on the rotating body. As a result, the knitting yarn runs out in a short period of time, and each time the knitting yarn runs out, the device must be stopped and the knitting yarn must be replenished. In the textile (spinning) industry, where operations are generally carried out 24 hours a day, this frequent supply of knitting yarn significantly increases the number of workers per machine, resulting in lower prices. This means that large-scale industrial production cannot be carried out (profitably).

う問題があつた。 As mentioned above, the knitted fabric covered yarn manufacturing device with the above configuration has the disadvantage that knitting cannot be performed at high speed (there is a limit to increasing the number of rotations), and the knitting yarn cannot be knitted continuously (over a long period of time). Due to the disadvantage of not being able to be supplied continuously (continuously), there was a problem that a dramatic improvement in productivity could not be expected and large-scale industrial production could not be carried out.

ない。 In addition, as a device that does not cause unbalance in the rotating parts, a device such as the one shown in FIG. 7 in which the bobbin C of the knitting yarn is arranged on the center of rotation may be considered, but in this case also, the knitting yarn does not flow continuously. The problem of not being able to supply remains, and there is no fundamental solution to the above issues.

(1) The knitting device is configured such that the cam portion is fixed to the machine base and the needle barrel is rotatable. , (2) a bobbin for knitting yarn and core yarn is attached to the outside of the knitting device; A clamping means is provided on the downstream side of the knitting device to freely feed the knitted fabric covered yarn to the reel side and restrain movement in the untwisting direction, and a rotating mechanism that rotates in the untwisting direction with respect to the knitted fabric covered yarn. It is characterized by the arrangement of an untwisting device consisting of.

As a result, extremely smooth high-speed rotation can be achieved. In particular, even if there is some mass imbalance caused by manufacturing errors or assembly errors, the adverse effect on center runout can be minimized, so high speed rotation can be achieved.

That is, the core yarn X wound around the bobbin D disposed outside the knitting device A
is guided to the through hole 2a of the needle barrel body 2 via the guide hole 5a of the guide bar 5 and the core thread guide 24. Also, the knitting yarn Y wound around the bobbin C, which is also arranged outside the knitting device A, passes through guide pins 6A and 6B attached to the guide bar 5, and is passed through the knitting needles with latch, which rotate and move up and down. 3, where it is hooked onto the raised latch knitting needle 3, and drawn downward by the latch knitting needle 3, which moves downward while rotating, to form a stitch. On the other hand, following the knitting needle 3 with a latch, the next knitting needle 3 with a latch moves up and performs the same operation as above to form an adjacent stitch. In this way, when the number of stitches equal to the number of latch knitting needles 3 is formed,
Move on to forming the next row of stitches. Then, each time a stitch is formed, the stitch enters downward from the through hole 2a at the center of the needle barrel body 2 together with the core thread X. At this time, the core yarn X is covered, and a knitted fabric covered yarn Z is formed when it enters the through hole 2a. The latch knitting needle 3 moves up and down very close to the core yarn X,
Since this core yarn X is covered by the core yarn guide 24 up to the vicinity of the upper end of the through hole 2a of the needle barrel body 2, it will not be caught by the latch knitting needles 3 and interfere with the knitting operation.

The needle cylinder body 2, i.e., the knitting needles with latch 3, knits while rotating, but is fed from a certain (fixed) location, so that twist is applied, and in this state, the knitting needles are twisted through the nipping rollers 25. Backstream side untwisting device B

At this time, the knitted fabric covered yarn is wound onto the reel 7 while being untwisted. That is, the knitted fabric covered yarn is placed on a movable plate 8 that is located in a space on the outer periphery of the reel 7 and moves in the longitudinal direction of the reel 7, and rotates in the untwisting direction as the reel 7 rotates. Thereafter, the knitted fabric covering yarn Z is untwisted because it is wound up on a reel 7 rotating around an axis parallel to the direction of movement.

Similarly, the tension generated by the winding operation of the reel 7 is blocked by the nipping roller 25, so that it does not affect the knitting operation on the upstream side.

Therefore, center swing can also be minimized. Moreover, since the knitting yarn including the bobbin C in the rotating part is disposed outside the knitting device, the bobbin for the knitting yarn can be made as large as desired, and therefore the knitting yarn can theoretically It becomes possible to supply an infinitely long yarn, and as a result, continuous operation of the main knitted fabric covered yarn manufacturing apparatus becomes possible.
