が起つた。 In other words, when a mobile trolley loaded on the chassis of a car is pulled out and lowered to the ground, both the front and rear legs are restored to a standing state by their own weight or by a spring that biases them backwards, and the locking device automatically operates to move the vehicle. However, if the front rolling wheels touch the ground with the front gear leaning backwards while the mounting frame is still supported on the chassis as shown in Figure 2, the front gears will fall backwards. Instead of restoring the vehicle, an unexpected situation occurred as shown in Figure 3, when the front end of the mounting frame separated from the chassis, the front legs folded under its own weight and the vehicle fell forward.

る。 Incidentally, this problem also naturally existed in the conventional mobile carts before the improvement, and the operator could accidentally cause the rolling wheels at the lower end of the nose gear to rotate sufficiently forward and touch the ground in a normal state. If you pull out the carriage from the chassis without checking whether this is the case, you will end up in the unexpected situation shown in Figure 3.

成とした。(Technical means for solving the problems) In order to solve the above problems, the present invention takes the following technical means. That is, a front leg 4 whose base side is pivotally supported to be able to rotate back and forth is provided on the lower front side of the mounting frame 3, and a spring 48 is provided to bias the tip end of the front leg 4 forward to rotate. A rear leg 5 is provided on the rear side of the lower part of the frame 3, and the base side thereof is pivotably supported so as to be rotatable back and forth. 4 and the rear legs 5 can be switched between a state in which the rear legs 5 are allowed to rotate rearward from an upright position and fall down, and a state in which the rear legs 5 are not allowed to rotate rearward while remaining in the upright position. Stopping devices 11 and 17 are provided, and a rolling wheel 40 is attached to the tip side of the front leg 4 via a fork 39 that can freely rotate back and forth, and a rolling wheel 40 is attached to the tip side of the rear leg 5 via a caster metal fitting 51. A driving wheel 50 is provided on the lower side of the mounting frame 3 in front of the base position of the front leg 4.
When the mounting frame 3 is appropriately pushed into the chassis 53a of the transport vehicle 53 from the front and mounted, the chassis rolling wheels 24 that support and roll the mounting frame 3 and the mounting frame 3 are positioned on the chassis 53a. A detection device 27 for detecting that the locking device 1 is connected to the locking device 1 is provided.
1 constitutes a rotating mechanism for the front leg 4, which is configured to be interlocked so that the locking device 11 releases the vertical locking state of the front leg 4 when the detection device 27 detects that the front leg 4 is located above the vehicle chassis 53a. A locking rotation fitting 41 that rotates integrally with the fork 39 to which the front rolling wheel 40 is attached and has a locking recess, and a locking rod that is movably attached to the front leg 4 and acts on the locking recess. constitutes a locking state in which the fork 39 is locked and held in a downward direction at the tip end side of the front leg 4, and a locking mechanism R that releases this locked state and freely rotates the fork 39 to the rear side. , a lock is provided between the underframe 3 side to which the base side of the front leg 4 is pivotally attached and the front leg 4, which operates the locking rod by the forward and backward rotation of the front leg 4 to release the locked state by the lock mechanism R; The front leg 4 constitutes the release mechanism F, and the mounting frame 3
In a state in which the front leg 4 is tilted far forward compared to a state perpendicular to the horizontal plane, the lock release mechanism F does not work and the lock mechanism R) is maintained in the locked state, and from this locked state, the front legs 4 rotate rearward and load. The movable cart is configured to release the locked state when the mounting frame 3 approaches a state perpendicular to the horizontal plane.

3a上へ積み込まれる。 That is, when the movable trolley 3 is pushed onto the chassis 53a from the front end side, the detection rolling wheels 27a detect the chassis 53a and automatically release the locking state of the locking device 11, and the front legs 4 are moved at the rear end of the chassis 53a. It is pushed backwards into the state shown in FIG. 9, and then the operator who is pushing the movable trolley 1 releases the rear locking device 17 so that the rear legs 5 can be rotated backwards. Similar to the front legs 4, the rear legs 5 also fall backwards, and as shown in FIG.

うに前脚4が倒れてしまうことがない。 After transporting it to the destination, the chassis 53a
Pull out the mobile cart 1 from above and lower it to the ground. At this time, the rolling wheels 50 on the rear leg 5 side are brought into contact with the ground while the rear of the mounting frame 3 is lifted by a person, so that the rear leg 5 does not fall back and touch the ground. If the height of the chassis 53a of the automobile 53 is low or the ground is locally high, the rolling wheels 40 on the front landing gear 4 side may fall back and touch the ground, causing the locking device 11 to fail. The mounting frame 3 remains on the vehicle platform 53a.
There are times when I deviate from this, but at this time,
This front rolling wheel 40 is mounted on the mounting frame 3 on the chassis 53a.
Even if the front leg 4 hangs down due to its own weight and the rolling wheels 40 touch the ground while still falling backwards, the locking mechanism R is activated by the unlocking mechanism F to prevent the rolling wheels 40 from moving upward. Since it becomes free, it automatically moves up even with the ground pressure, and the front leg 4 moves to the rolling wheel 4.
0, it rotates forward unhindered and reaches the state shown in Fig. 10, and then the mounting frame 3 comes off the chassis 53a and remains in the state shown in Fig. 11, and the front gear 4 unexpectedly falls backwards. As it is, the mounting frame 3 is placed on the chassis 53.
This prevents the front legs 4 from falling off as shown in FIG.

とができる。 Therefore, according to the present invention, when a mobile trolley carrying a coffin containing an incapacitated sick person, an elderly person, or a dead person is pushed and carried to a car and the entire mobile trolley is placed on the chassis of the automobile, the moving trolley is simply placed on the chassis. When you push it into the vehicle, the front gear with the front rolling wheels attached to it will automatically fall backwards, making loading extremely easy. After being locked by the locking device, it touches the ground and is pulled out backwards, and then the front legs rotate forward and the front rolling wheels are pulled out, but at this time, the mounting frame is still on the chassis. If the front rolling wheel touches the ground and the front gear cannot rotate forward, the front rolling wheel will automatically move upwards and no longer prevent the front gear from rotating forward. , the front leg rotates forward from the vertical line of the upper end pivot point of the front leg, and then the mounting frame separates from the vehicle chassis, and the lower end of the front leg touches the ground with the front leg becoming slightly shorter. do. This eliminates the need for the movable dolly to be unloaded from the chassis in an unexpected state where the entire front leg rotates backwards and folds, unlike in the past, and the objects placed on the movable dolly may fall unexpectedly or cause a large shock. You can definitely lower it without having to worry about it.

の通りに係止装置11が働いて安定状態になる。 That is, when the rear end side of the mounting frame 3 is grasped and pulled out from above the chassis 53a while being supported by hand, the rear legs 5 are rotated forward by their own weight and rotated forward. Then, the locking device 17 works and the rear leg 5 is locked. In this state, the rear rolling wheels 50 are brought into contact with the ground and pulled out further rearward. Then, the front leg 4 gradually rotates forward due to its own weight and the spring 48, reaching a grounded state. In this case, if the chassis 53a is sufficiently high from the ground and the front rolling wheels 4
When the chassis rolling wheels 24 contact the chassis and are pulled out without touching the ground, they are rotated forward all at once, so the locking device 11 is rotated forward while maintaining the configuration as shown in FIG. is in working condition. When the chassis rolling wheels 24 eventually come off the chassis 53a, the locking device 11 operates as shown in FIG. 6, resulting in a stable state.

安定状態となる。 However, when the ground is raised high or the height of the chassis 53a of the automobile 53 is low,
The rolling wheels 40 touch the ground first, making it impossible for the front legs 4 to rotate forward as shown in FIG. At this time, the locking rod 42 is pulled upward against the spring 44 by the linear portion of the cam body 45 and is pulled out from the recess of the locking rotation fitting 41, so that the rolling wheel 40 overcomes the coil spring 49 and is rotated forward and upward together with the rotation support shaft 38. Since the tension of the spring 48 is stronger than the coil spring 49, the front leg 4 is sufficiently rotated forward, and in this state, the chassis rolling wheel 24 is removed from the chassis 53a. Therefore, the front leg 4 and the locking device 11 are in the locked state shown in FIG. 6, and the rolling wheel 40 portion at the lower end of the front leg 4 is in the state shown in FIG.
is dropped to the ground. At this time, the U-shaped pipe 37 is grounded, and the movable trolley 1 is maintained in a stable state. That is, the stable state shown in FIG. 11 is reached through the state shown in FIG. 10.
