Claims (1)
に設けられた内補強部材と前記内補強部材の上に
複数の線条体を大きなピツチで螺旋状に巻付けて
形成された複数条の外補強部材と前記外補強部材
の上に設けられたシースとから成る流体輸送管の
端末で露出されたインナーパイプの上に液密に取
付けられる端末金具本体と、前記端末金具本体と
前記流体輸送管のシースとの間に跨がつて液密に
取付けられるアウターケースとから成る端末金具
を組立てる方法において、前記アウターケースは
前記流体輸送管の外径よりも大きな内径を有する
内向きフランジを有していて前記流体輸送管の上
に予め嵌合し、その後前記アウターケースの内向
きフランジの内面にシール部材を介して取付けら
れるべきガスケツト受金具を前記流体輸送管のシ
ース上に配置し、前記ガスケツト受金具は前記流
体輸送管のシースの端部を保持するシースホルダ
に係合し前記ガスケツト受金具とシースとの間に
設けられたガスケツトを前記ガスケツト受金具に
取付けられたガスケツト締付金具で締付けて前記
シースに液密に取付け、前記端末金具本体と前記
ガスケツト受金具との間で前記流体輸送管の端部
で露出された複数条の外補強部材を前記外補強部
材の上に設けられ前記ガスケツト受金具に係合す
る外補強部材ホルダに沿つて折り曲げ前記外補強
部材ホルダに溶接して固定し、また前記端末金具
本体と前記インナーパイプとの間にシールドガス
ケツトを配置し前記シールドガスケツトを前記端
末金具本体に固定されたガスケツト締付金具で締
付けて前記端末金具本体を前記インナパイプに液
密に固定し、最後に前記アウターケースを前記端
末金具本体と前記ガスケツト受金具との間に跨が
るように引き戻してシール部材を介して前記端末
金具本体と前記ガスケツト受金具とにそれぞれ液
密に締付けることを特徴とする流体輸送管の組立
