させる技術が開発されている(実開昭57−
201696、実開昭59−5046)。かかる技術において
は規整板が傾斜していたり、規整板と磁気ヘツド
との〓間が所定の寸法内になかつたり、若しくは
規整板が磁気ヘツドに対して所定の位置からズレ
ていたりすると上述した効果は期待できない。従
来では規整板の位置及び高さを微調整する機構を
設け、回転磁気シート装置の組み立てが完了した
後、規整板が磁気ヘツドに対して所定の位置及び
高さとなるよう微調整していた。しかし、完成し
た回転磁気シート装置毎に、このような微調整作
業を行うのでは、煩雑であり大量生産に不向きで

置本体6は、磁気シートパツク8に収納された磁
気シート9を所定回転数で回転させるモータ10
並びに回転する磁気シート9に対してその回転半
径方向(図中左右方向)に送り駆動される磁気ヘ
ツド11をケース12内に配置してなるものであ
り、これらモータ10並びに磁気ヘツド11は磁
気シートパツク8の下面側に位置している。一
方、上蓋7の裏面には板ばね13,14を介して
規整板ホルダ15が取り付けられており、図中に
示すように上蓋7が閉じた状態において、規整板
ホルダ15は装填された磁気シートパツク8の上
面側に位置する。この規整板ホルダ15の位置及
び高さを規整する位置決め用ピン1,2及び高さ
規制用ピン3,4,5は、ケース12の側壁部上
面に設けられており、規整板ホルダ15の孔15

〜第5図に示すように、治具26を用いる方法が
簡単で正確である。即ち、治具26は、規整板ホ
ルダ27を3点で支持する高さ規制用ピン28,
29,30並びに、規整板ホルダ27の孔31,
32に嵌入する位置決め用ピン33,34とを有
する一方、規整板35に当接してその高さを調整
する高さ規制用凸部36とを有している。この治
具26に規整板ホルダ27を第3図及び第4図に
示すように載置し、規整板ホルダ27の貫通孔3
7に規整板35を挿入した後、貫通孔37と規整
板35との間に接着剤38を流し込みこれらを固
定する。高さ規制用ピン28,29,30に対し
て高さ規制用凸部高さはdだけ高いので、このよ
うに接着剤を用いて規整板38を固定した後、第
5図に示すように、規整板ホルダ27を装置本体
