た筒状フイルムによつて袋体を形成したときは第
4図イに示すように相対向する一方のフイルム
Fa並びに雄爪Gaと他方のフイルムFb並びに雌爪
Gbとは互いに色違いとなり、フイルムFa,Fbの
異色の境界のウエルド部Wは袋体の底部に位置す
る。さらに、第3図に示すように、チヤツク成形
溝12,13を樹脂道仕切部7の位置からスリツ
ト11a,11bの何れか一方の範囲内に位置す
るよう円板8を回転位置決めすることにより雄爪
Ga、雌爪Gbの両方がスリツト11aから押出さ
れるフイルムFa、又はスリツト11bから押出
されるフイルムFbと同色で成形される。そして、
成形された筒状フイルムによつて袋体を形成した
ときは第4図ロに示すように、フイルムFa,Fb
の異色の境界のウエルド部Wは相対向面に位置
し、上下異色の袋体となり、雄爪Ga、雌爪Gbは
相対向する互いに同色のフイルムFaと同じ色と
なる。また袋体の上下異色の境界であるウエルド
部Wの位置は、チヤツク成形溝12,13を樹脂
道仕切部7の位置からスリツト11a,11bの
何れか一方の範囲内に位置する円板8の回転位置
決め角度によつて任意に変化することができる。
例えば第3図のようにチヤツク成形溝12,13
の位置を樹脂仕切部7に対し90度の角度位置に設
定した場合は第4図ロに示すようにウエルド部W
は袋体の上下の略中央部に位置する。従つて、前
記角度を増減設定することにより、ウエルド部W
は袋体の上方又は下方に位置し、上下異色の面積
が大、小変化した袋体が得られる。

ヤツク成形溝を有する円板をマンドレルに形成さ
れている樹脂道仕切部に対して任意角度で回転位
置決めする簡単な構造と操作で樹脂押出量を加減
調整することなく得られる利点がある。
