(5) Action First, position the balloon of the catheter tube at the site of the blood vessel into which the drug injection catheter tube is inserted, and bend the support portion from the outside of the blood vessel with the balloon portion inside. Wrap a thread, etc. around the support part and secure it.
Next, an injector is inserted into the puncture part of the main body to inject a medical solution such as physiological saline, and the balloon is inflated to compress the blood vessel from the outside and occlude it, temporarily blocking blood flow. This increases the concentration of the medicinal solution flowing to the affected area, allowing more effective treatment. After use, the injected liquid, such as physiological saline, is extracted by inserting the injection tool into the puncture site again.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment in which a catheter with a balloon for occluding a blood vessel is integrated with a catheter for injecting a drug solution. That is, both catheters are fixed at their main bodies 1 and 1' with an adhesive or the like for ease of use. The drug solution injection catheter is constructed as shown in Fig. 5, and the main body 1' is designed to prevent blood from flowing back from the catheter tube 15' to the reservoir 13' side, compared to the main body 1' of the catheter with a balloon for vascular occlusion. The structure is substantially the same except that a check valve 25 for preventing the problem is fitted into the communication hole 4'. Therefore, similar parts are given the same reference numerals and a dash, and their explanation will be omitted. A rear end opening of a catheter tube 26 of a predetermined length made of silicone rubber is connected to the distal end opening of the catheter tube 15' via a connector 27 so as to be communicable. An annular protrusion 28 is provided near the tip opening (outlet) of the catheter tube 26 for fixing to the tip. In this embodiment, a marking part 30 is attached to the surface of the touch finger part 6 of the main body 1 in order to identify the integrated main body 1 and the main body 1'.

In order to inject the anticancer drug as a medicinal solution into the affected area in the catheter implanted subcutaneously as described above, lightly place a finger on the tactile part 6' of the main body 1' identified by the marking part 30 to confirm the opening at the upper end of the lumen 3'. Moreover,
As shown in FIG. 8, the injection needle 43 is inserted into the puncture portion 10' of the main body 1', and the anticancer agent in the syringe is injected into the reservoir 13' from the needle tip. reservoir 1
The anticancer agent injected into the catheter tube 3' passes through the through hole 7' and the check valve 20' in the communicating hole 4', and flows through the catheter tube 15', 26 from the distal opening of the tube 26 to the affected area.

However, with this method, the anticancer drug becomes considerably diluted in the blood flowing from the hepatic artery 41 to the liver 40, making it impossible to expect effective treatment. Therefore, in order to increase the concentration of the anticancer drug, another injection needle (not shown) is inserted into the puncture part 10 of the main body 1, and a liquid such as physiological saline is injected into the reservoir 13, and the liquid is introduced into the balloon 18 through the catheter tube 15. The balloon portion 17 is inflated to compress the hepatic artery 41 from the outside to occlude it and temporarily cut off blood flow. This increases the concentration of the anticancer drug flowing to the affected area, making it possible to provide more effective treatment. Compared to the conventional method of blocking blood flow using a balloon catheter, such a method does not cause thrombi to form in the hepatic artery, and is extremely effective.

(7) Effects of the Invention This invention is as described above, and is used in combination with a drug solution injection catheter, and when injecting a drug solution, a liquid such as physiological saline is injected into a blood vessel into which the injection catheter is inserted. By compressing the blood vessel from the outside with an inflated balloon and occluding the blood vessel, the concentration of the drug flowing to the affected area can be increased. Therefore, the balloon is performed by bending the support part with the balloon part inside and fixing the balloon to the blood vessel by wrapping a thread, etc. around the bent support part, so it is more likely to form a thrombus than conventional methods that are performed inside the blood vessel. can be reduced. Furthermore, when a blood vessel is occluded due to compression of the balloon, it can be done simply by fixing the balloon to the blood vessel and then injecting a liquid such as physiological saline into the balloon from an injection tool inserted into the puncture part of the main body. In addition to being quick and efficient, the catheter tube does not need to be inserted into the blood vessel during occlusion, so there is no pain to the patient caused by insertion as in the case of conventional methods.
