Conventionally, when bonding decorative veneers and baseboards using multiple parallel hot presses, if the material, thickness, number of layers, etc. of the decorative veneers or baseboards differ, open time (adhesive application) is required for each hot press. In many cases, the time required for bonding the paper after it is left open is different for each. Differences in open time affect the quality of adhesion. In particular, the shorter the press time, the more pronounced the influence on the occurrence of poor adhesion. In reality, the moisture content and tackiness after adhesive application are easily controlled to some extent by using wind, heaters, etc. However, open time, which greatly affects adhesion, is not controlled. Ideally, it would be desirable to make the open times uniform, but in reality, making the open times uniform would cause a problem of decreased productivity, so it is not possible to do so. This results in uneven adhesion, which affects the quality of the decorative board.

This invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and it is possible to obtain a decorative veneer by bonding a decorative veneer and a base plate using a multiple parallel hot press, without reducing productivity. The purpose of this invention is to provide a method for manufacturing decorative veneers that prevents adhesive failure between decorative veneers and base boards by managing the adhesive applied to the boards so that they appear in the same state as if they had been open for the same time. do.

In order to achieve such an object, the present invention provides a method for bonding a decorative veneer and a base plate using a multiple parallel hot press to obtain a decorative veneer, and to apply adhesive to the surface of the board immediately before entering the hot press. The gist of this invention is a method for manufacturing decorative boards, which is characterized by blowing hot air until the end of the hot press and creating a state similar to that obtained after the same open time has elapsed for each hot press. This will be described in detail below based on drawings showing examples thereof.

FIG. 1 is an explanatory side view showing one embodiment of the decorative board manufacturing method according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an explanatory view showing the same embodiment as seen from the top. As shown in these figures, the base plates 2 (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d...) coated with the adhesive 1 are arranged in parallel, and each base plate is separated by, for example, an endless conveyor (not shown). Each board is sent to the next hot air blowing process as indicated by the thick arrows. In the hot air blowing process, warm air blowing tools 3 (3a, 3
b, 3c, 3d...) and a wind supply means 4 (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) that supplies wind to the warm air blowing device 3.
...) respectively equipped with warm air blowing devices 5 (5a, 5
b, 5c, 5d...) are provided above the base plate. The hot air blowing device 3 has a hot air blowing area sufficient to cover the surfaces of the base plates 2 (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, . . . ) arranged in parallel. Each warm air blowing device 3 has a built-in heater, so that the temperature of the air sent through the air supply means 4 can be adjusted as appropriate for humidification. In this example,
The wind supply means 4 is implemented by a pipe or the like whose periphery is protected by a heat insulating material or the like, if necessary, and is adapted to supply wind sent from a fan (not shown) or the like to the blowing tool 3. Hot air blowing device 5a, 5
b, 5c, 5d, . . . are provided independently for each base plate arranged in parallel, as shown in FIG. However, only one unit may be provided so as to cover the entire surface of all the base plates arranged in parallel. From the point of view of functionality and effectiveness, it can be said that it is better to provide each baseplate independently as shown in FIG. 2 because it is easier to adjust the hot air conditions for each baseplate.
At the rear of the hot air blowing device 5, multiple parallel hot presses 6 (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, . . . ) are provided. The multiple parallel hot press 6 is composed of an upper mold 7 and a lower mold 8, and the upper mold 7 presses the base plate 2 and the decorative veneer 9 placed on the lower mold 8 in the direction of the arrow.

In this configuration, the base plate 2 (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d...) coated with the adhesive 1 is advanced directly below the hot air blowing device 5 (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d...). Then, the hot air blower 3 (3a, 3b, 3c,
3d...) to the base plate 2 (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d
...) Blow hot air onto the adhesive 1 on the surface as shown by the arrow. Here, in reality, each baseplate has a different open time, but by blowing hot air onto the adhesive on the surface of the baseplate until the next hot pressing process, each baseplate has the same open time. This leaves them in the same state as if the open time had passed. That is, in the post-process hot press, differences in press time occur due to changes in the material, thickness, number of sheets, adhesive application amount, etc. of the base plate or decorative veneer. For this reason, the waiting time (open time) for the base plate and decorative veneer to finish hot pressing actually differs. However, according to the manufacturing method according to the present invention, as described above, hot air is blown onto the surface of the adhesive using a hot air blowing device until just before it is hot pressed, so that the adhesive has flexibility. Therefore, the adhesive surface has uniform tackiness suitable for adhesion until just before pressing. In other words, the same condition occurs when the same open time has elapsed for each hot press.
Therefore, during hot pressing in the next step, the adhesive maintained in a suitable state is uniformly present at the interface between the base plate and the decorative veneer and effectively contributes to adhesion. Therefore, the resulting decorative board does not suffer from poor adhesion. This effect is particularly significant when the press time is short. Therefore, immediately after the hot pressing of the previous product (decorative board) was completed, each base plate 2 (2a, 2b, 2
c, 2d...) with hot press 6 (6a, 6b, 6
c, 6d...). Then, a decorative veneer 9 is laminated on top of the adhesive to form an upper mold 7 and a lower mold 8.
Perform hot pressing. Here, the base plate 2 and the decorative veneer 9 that have been hot-pressed for the required time are firmly adhered to form the decorative veneer 10, which is sent to the next product holder (not shown) or the like. After this, similar operations are repeated for subsequent base plates waiting to be hot pressed.

In this invention, when obtaining a decorative veneer by bonding a decorative veneer and a base plate using a multiple parallel hot press, a hot air blowing device is installed before the hot press, and the hot press is applied to the board surface coated with adhesive. Since we created the same condition as if the same open time had elapsed for each hot press by blowing warm air until the last minute, changes in the material, thickness, number of sheets, adhesive application amount, etc. of the base plate or decorative veneer could be avoided. Even if there are differences in press time depending on the conditions, the adhesive surface will have uniform tackiness suitable for adhesion.
Therefore, the decorative board can be obtained in an ideal state with excellent adhesion for each hot press without reducing productivity.

Note that the cushion floors currently in use are made of materials other than wood, and there are no floor panels using decorative wood veneers that have cushioning properties. In particular, in the case of wood-based materials, there was a problem that the feeling of walking was not very good due to the hard feel.
In such a case, this problem can be solved by using the following cushion sheet.

(thickness 1 to 2 mm), and this and the base plate 14
(thickness: 12 mm) are laminated together to form a wooden cushion floor 15 (total thickness: 15 mm), and when this is used, good cushioning properties can be obtained. This wood cushion floor material has cushioning properties, so it feels good and provides an excellent walking sensation. For this reason, you will not get tired when standing while doing tasks such as cooking or cleaning. Moreover, since the surface is made of wood, it is easy to clean and has excellent durability.
