高温液体を加熱するための加熱装置とを備えてな
るものにおいて、前記高温液体は水より高沸点の
液体とされ、加熱装置は高温液体内に配置された
加熱パイプ体と加熱パイプ体内に高温熱源を供給
する熱源供給装置とからなり、取出部に、収納体
に付着する高温液体を洗浄して高温液槽内に戻す
シヤワー装置が設けられたものであり、加熱パイ
プ体を通じて液体を間接的に加熱する方式である
ため、液体量が不必要に増大するおそれがなく、
エネルギーの省力化が図れ、またシヤワー装置に
より収納体に付着する液体を回収するため、無駄
がなく、コスト低減が図れる。さらに調理殺菌効
