The present invention relates to a method of attaching a locking member, such as a locking member, a hinge, a locking member for a glove box lid, etc., for locking the main body of an automobile interior part to other parts.

A common method was to directly fix the locking member to the holder using screws or the like. Although these methods are universal and reliable, they are quite time-consuming.

A method is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 61-20761, and has achieved considerable results.

トから発泡体が漏れ出る確立が高い。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, a problem with the above-mentioned locking member attachment method is that the foam sometimes leaks from the skin slit to the skin surface of the foam molded product during molding.
This may stain the product surface. In particular, when adopting a hard urethane foam layer instead of the insert proposed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 60-17433 as the structure of the foam molded product, the foaming pressure of the hard urethane foam is equal to the foaming pressure of the semi-hard urethane foam. Since the foam is quite high compared to the surface of the skin, there is a high probability that the foam will leak out from the slits provided in the skin.

This process requires a considerable amount of time and effort, and has disadvantages such as wasted raw materials.

法にある。(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, the features of the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned object include a skin having an opening in the locking member mounting portion and a locking member of the skin provided at the bottom of the locking portion. A seat part that matches the peripheral shape of the attachment part and a locking member having protruding legs integrally formed on the lower surface of the seat part, the legs of the locking member are inserted into the openings in the skin, and the seat part of the locking member is inserted into the opening of the skin. The present invention provides a method for attaching a locking member to a foam molded product which is set in a mold with a soft tape interposed between the surface and the surface thereof, and then foamed by injecting a synthetic resin foaming raw material into the inside of the surface.

Due to the pushing action, the soft tape is crushed and deformed, entering the gap between the seat of the locking member and the skin, especially the gap caused by minute irregularities on the surface of the skin, and also adheres tightly to the leg of the locking member without any gaps. At the same time, it enters the gap between the opening of the skin and the leg of the locking member, completely blocking the inside and outside of the skin, thereby preventing the foam from leaking onto the skin surface.

A rectangular opening 16 with approximately the same size and shape is provided, and the leg portion 11 of the locking member 6 is inserted into the opening 16, and the seat portion 10 of the locking member 6 is placed on the surface of the skin, with a soft tape 17 interposed therebetween. 防止する。 The soft tape 17 mentioned here is a strip of soft polyurethane foam, soft polyethylene foam, soft vinyl chloride foam, soft polypropylene foam, or soft rubber, and its thickness is uniform depending on the expansion ratio etc. Although this is not discussed, it is suitable that the thickness becomes 1 mm or less, preferably 0.5 mm or less when the thickness is reduced, and it is preferable that the thickness is usually about 1 mm to 5 mm. In addition, from the viewpoint of work efficiency, it is preferable that the soft tape has an area slightly smaller than the bottom area of the seat of the locking member, and an opening into which the leg of the locking member 6 is inserted is provided in advance. Alternatively, if a soft tape with adhesive on both sides is used, the work efficiency will be further improved. A hard urethane foam raw material is injected into the skin 15 of the mold 18 in which the surface 15 and the locking member 6 have been set as described above. The hard foamed urethane raw material foams in the mold 18, increases in volume, and strongly presses the skin 15 against the mold 18. At this time, at the attachment part of the locking member 6, the skin 15 is strongly pressed against the seat 10 of the locking member 6 by the foaming pressure of the urethane, and the skin 15 is interposed between the skin 15 and the seat 10 of the locking member 6. The soft tape 17 deforms, and the seat part 10 of the locking member 6 and the skin 1

材取付を行うことができる効果がある。(Effects) The method for attaching a locking member to a foamed molded product of the present invention is to set the skin and parts in a mold with a soft tape interposed between the seat of the locking member and the skin, thereby increasing the foaming pressure. During foam molding, the soft tape is subjected to strong compressive force, and the soft tape penetrates into gaps between parts and other gaps, filling the gaps and completely blocking the inside and outside of the skin. It is possible to prevent foam from leaking from the surface of the skin and produce a foam molded product with excellent surface condition, and it also omits the work of removing leaked foam after molding, which was conventionally necessary. It is possible to prevent other problems caused by leakage, such as the formation of cavities inside the molded product, and to produce a foam molded product in good condition. This has the effect of making it possible to mount the locking member firmly.
