したが、これによつて粉末の排出は良好となり、
その結果粉末の抜出量を任意に変更調整すること
が可能となつた。またこの提案とは別に粉末の滞
留室内における下降運動を一様ならしめる提案
(特願昭58−99094)、あるいは多孔板の上表面に
多条の凹凸を同心円状に核設する提案(特願昭58
−99093)も行つており、これらによつて粉砕効
率の向上、粉砕媒体損耗量の減少が実現されてい
る。

悪くなり、粉砕媒体の間に粉末が充填圧縮され、
粉末の抜出量が低位(少量)のまま安定し易く、
高目(多量)までの調整を困難にしていた。粉末
の抜出量は粉砕機循環率すなわち粉砕機粉砕効率
に大きく影響するため、抜出量を容易にしかも大
幅に調整出来る方式のものが強く望まれていた。

止することができ、所期の目的達成が可能となつ

がない間隙の最小値は、粉砕媒体層厚さの約3層
分であることも分つた。しかしがら3層以上の間
隙では、粉末抜出能力向上のための改良の効果は
非常に少なく、さらに検討を重ね、目標に合致し
てしかも振動の恐れもないものを創出した。すな
わちスクリユー羽根最下端の形状が水平方向に平
担となつているものを、波状の凹凸からなる切欠
を刻み込んだ形状とした。第5図に示す実施例の
説明図がこれである。この実施例の要部を拡大し
たものが第6図であり、図中に示す各部の寸法
は、切欠高さh1=2〜2.5D(Dは粉砕媒体直径)
切欠下端ピツチp1=3〜3.5Dまたスクリユー最下
端と底板(多孔板)との間隙h2=1/3D〜1/2Dの
ものが好ましく、これで試験した結果、粉末抜出
量制御範囲は、著しく拡大し、定常抜出量に対し
て最大約500%までの抜出が可能であつた。なお
切欠部分の形状細部については、波形を直線と曲
線の組合せとしたり、あるいは成形後の各コーナ
ーの縁取り等を行うことなどにより粉末抜出量制
御範囲向上に多少の効果があることが確認された
が、本旨を変える程のものではないので、波状の
切欠の細部の形状は限定されない。
