Means for Solving the Problems In the present invention, a plurality of cylindrical magazines storing parts are stored in a storage device, and one side of the magazine at a specific position is moved along the longitudinal direction of the magazine. A rotating body such as a ball bearing rotatably supported at the tip of a pressing means using a cylinder is used to press the other side so that the vibration is brought into contact with the vibrating part that vibrates in the direction, and the vibration is transmitted smoothly to the other side. ing.

According to this configuration, since one side of the magazine is pressed by the pressing means using a cylinder, loading and unloading the magazine can be done simply by moving the cylinder forward and backward, making loading and unloading easy. It can be discharged easily and can be automated easily. Therefore, the structure can be simplified, the weight can be reduced, and the vibration generator can be made simple.

Further, since a rotating body is provided at the tip of the pressing means to press the magazine, the vibrations in the longitudinal direction of the magazine are not hindered, and parts can be fed smoothly. In addition, since the magazine is sandwiched between the vibrating part and the rotating body from the side, if the rotating body is moved backward, the parts stored in the multiple magazines can be moved by moving the stocking device up and down using the drive device. It becomes possible to supply continuously.

First, the stock device will be explained using FIG. 2. In FIG. 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a storage device main body for storing a plurality of magazines 2 vertically and parallelly at appropriate intervals, and a handle 3 is provided at the upper end of this main body 1. The magazine 2 has a long rectangular cylindrical shape, and is capable of storing a large number of electronic components 4 inside, and both ends of each magazine 2 are fitted and supported in partition square holes 5 at both front and rear ends of the main body 1. . Reference numeral 6 denotes a positioning hole formed at the center of the lower end of the main body 1.

The stocking device main body 1 configured as described above is placed on the base plate 8 of the fixed size feed mechanism 7 as shown in FIG. 3, and a positioning pin (not shown) protruding above the base plate 8 is used for positioning. The stock device main body 1 is inserted into the hole 6 and positioned. In Fig. 3, 9 is an electronic component automatic insertion machine, which is the main body 1.
Electronic components 4 taken out from a magazine 2 stored in a magazine 2 are supplied onto a printed circuit board 10. In FIG. 3, if the electronic component 4 is completely removed from one stock device main body 1,
All you have to do is replace it with another body filled with electronic components. Then, as shown in FIG.
One side of the magazine is brought into contact with a vibration generator 12 attached to a vibration generator 13 that vibrates in the longitudinal direction of the magazine, and the other side is rotatably attached to a shaft 16 at the tip of a pressing means 19 having a cylinder 18. It is constructed so as to be in pressure contact with a rotating body 17 such as a ball bearing supported by the shaft, so that vibrations can be transmitted smoothly.

Furthermore, by retracting the cylinder 18 so as to release the pressing means 15 by the cylinder 18, the magazine 2 can be easily loaded and unloaded from between the diaphragm 12 and the rotating body 17, so that the magazine 2 can be replaced automatically. This makes it possible to achieve this extremely easily, and also to reduce the weight.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, since the magazine is brought into pressure contact with the diaphragm using a rotating body such as a ball bearing that is pressed by a cylinder, parts can be fed smoothly without interfering with magazine vibration. Furthermore, since the vibrating section only needs to move the magazine, it is possible to make it more compact, and magazine replacement can be automated extremely easily.
In addition, since the magazine is sandwiched between the rotating body and the vibrating unit from the side, when the rotating body is moved backward, the stocking device with multiple magazines can be moved vertically by the drive device, and a large amount of parts can be handled at once, and they can be easily transferred between magazines, improving productivity.
