演算レジスタで上記各カウンタ03および04の
出力信号がそれぞれその入力端に入力され、レジ
スタ05の出力信号がD/A変換器06に入力さ
れ、D/A変換器06から回転速度変動信号Bが
出力されるように構成されている。

解能としては5/1000%程度必要である。従来の装
置ではその計測レンジは回転軸系の回転数変化巾
以上に設定する必要があり、タービン発電機では
負荷遮断時等回転数が10%程度変化するため計測
レンジはこれ以上に設定する必要がある。又計測
信号をアナログデータレコーダ等に記録する場合
そのダイナミツクレンジは50dB程度であり、総
合計測精度としては3/100%位しか得られず計測
精度が不足するからである。

が入力される差分演算レジスタと、それぞれ上記
差分演算レジスタの出力信号が入力される積分レ
ジスタおよびD/A変換器と、上記積分レジスタ
の出力信号を入力し常時平均周期を演算する平均
値演算レジスタとを具え、上記平均値演算レジス
タの出力信号を上記差分演算レジスタの他方の入
力端に入力し上記D/A変換器から上記回転体の
回転速度変動信号の出力するようにしてなること
を特徴とする。

でその入力端に上記レジスタ3の出力信号の一部
が分岐して入力され、その出力端から回転速度変
動信号Bが出力される。7は他のD/A変換器で
その入力端に上記レジスタ5の出力信号の一部が
分岐して入力され、その出力端から平均回転速度
信号Cが出力される。

分レジスタの出力信号を入力し常時平均周期を演
算する平均値演算レジスタとを具え、上記平均値
演算レジスタの出力信号を上記差分演算レジスタ
の他方の入力端に入力し上記D/A変換器から上
記回転体の回転速度変動信号を出力するようにし
てなることにより回転体の回転数が大巾に変動し
ても高精度で捩り振動成分を計測し得る回転速度
変動計測装置を提供するものであるから、本発明
は産業上極めて有益なものである。
