Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 キヤツプナツトを構成するキヤツプが嵌り込
める半球面形状の凹部と、キヤツプナツトを構成
するナツトが嵌り込める開口状の凹部とを有する
ダイスと、ダイスの下方に位置し、ダイプレート
に固着するスライドホルダーの空室部内にスプリ
ングによつて支持され、上下方向にスライド可能
で、且ダイプレートに固定したパンチを嵌挿する
貫通孔を設けたスライダーとを設け、ナツト下面
部に突設した段部にワツシヤーを嵌挿させ、スラ
イダー上面部にキヤツプナツトを、該ナツトの段
部を下方にして、且スライダーの貫通孔と同軸上
に載置し、ダイスの半球面形状の凹部にキヤツプ
の球面部を受けさせ、他方開口状の凹部にナツト
を嵌め込み、ナツトの下面部に突設した段部と段
部に嵌挿したワツシヤーとを上下方向にスライド
するスライダーによつて常時支持せしめて、キヤ
ツプナツトをダイスとスライダー間に保持固定し
た状態となし、さらにダイスを降下させ、前記ダ
イスによつて押圧されたスライダーが降下し、ス
ライダーの貫通孔に嵌挿された固定状態のパンチ
の頭部がキヤツプナツトの貫通孔内に若干嵌り込
み、同時に段部を外側方向に押し広げ、ワツシヤ
ーをキヤツプナツトに対し回転自在となるように
カシメたことを特徴とするワツシヤー付キヤツプ
ナツトの製造方法。

A method for manufacturing a cap nut with a washer, characterized in that the washer is slightly fitted into the cap nut, and at the same time, the stepped portion is pushed outward, and the washer is caulked so as to be freely rotatable relative to the cap nut.
