【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は天板に対し水槽を接着剤にて固着した
洗面台、流し台などに使用される水槽付天板に関
し、接着剤の流入を容易とするとともに、前記固
着をより強固にしようとするものである。

ているため、水槽の重量を支えるのに十分な強度
が必要となり、フランジ部の一部に起立片を設け
て連結用の熱硬化性樹脂の強度アツプを図つてい
る。しかし、上記熱硬化性樹脂を連結部材とする
構成では、硬化するまでの熱硬化性樹脂を、天板
の取付穴周囲と水槽のフランジ部とを上下から挟
む型枠内に注入する必要があり、また、注入箇所
は型枠に設けた注入口に限定されるため、熱硬化
性樹脂を型枠内の隅々までいきわたりにくいとい
う問題を有していた。

せ、接着剤7を注入機9から溝部6内に流し込

ランジ部は接着剤と接するので接着強度を高める
ことができる。また、接着剤の注入箇所制約も少
ないので、接着剤を隅々に流すことができるとと
もに注入作業性の向上が図れる。
