Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 12, a horizontal roof plate 1 made of a single metal sheet molded product is known in which an eave side engaging part 2 and a ridge side engaging part 3 are formed on a face plate part 2. It is being Then, the eave side engaging part 2 of the horizontal roofing board 1 on the ridge side is attached to the ridge side engaging part 3 of the horizontal roofing board 1 on the eave side.
are engaged and horizontally installed. In such a conventional horizontal roof board connection device, the eave side engaging part 2 and the ridge side engaging part 3 are engaged, and the step at the overlapping part is formed by the eave side engaging part 2 protruding downward. It was determined by the height of the side hanging portion 2a, and the position could not be adjusted.

a folded part bent from the lower edge of the hanging part toward the ridge;
An eave-side engaging portion having a locking portion provided at the tip of the folded portion, and a vertical portion bent upward at the ridge-side end of the face plate portion, and a vertical portion bent toward the eaves from the upper edge of the vertical portion. Using a roof board with a ridge side engaging part having a folded part and a protrusion arranged near the upper edge of the face plate part, the drooping part and the folded part of the roof board adjacent to the ridge side are connected. There was one that was fitted to the outside of the vertical part and folded part of the eave side roof board, and the locking part provided on the ridge side roof board was locked to the protrusion of the eave side roof board.

The conventional horizontal roof board connection device as mentioned above is
If it is difficult to adjust the level difference between adjacent roof plates in the direction of the eave ridge, and you want to change the level difference for design reasons, etc. Many types of horizontal roofing panels with different height dimensions are required, and it is necessary to manufacture each roofing panel to meet these requirements, which is time-consuming and troublesome to manage products. The problem was that many of the surfaces had complicated shapes, such as curved parts.

The horizontal roof board connection device of the present invention has an eave side engaging portion 5 and a ridge side engaging portion 6 formed on the eave side and ridge side of the face plate portion 7, respectively, and the eave side engaging portion 5 has the following features: , a hanging part 5a bent downward with respect to the face plate part 7, and a folded part 5b bent from the lower end of the hanging part 5a toward the ridge side. Equipped with a horizontal roof plate 4 made of a single or composite metal plate, which has a rising part 6a rising from the ridge side and a bent part 6b bending from the upper end of the rising part 6a toward the eaves, The hanging part 5a of the joining part 5 is connected to the ridge side engaging part 6
The folded part 5b of the eaves-side engaging part 5 is located below the bent part 6b of the ridge-side engaging part 6, and the support parts 10c have different heights. 10 is used to engage the eaves-side engaging portion 5 and the ridge-side engaging portion 6 so that their positions can be adjusted in the height direction.

The horizontal roof board connection device according to the present invention positions the hanging part of the eave-side engaging part of the ridge-side roof board closer to the eave than the rising part of the ridge-side engaging part of the eave-side roof board, and The folded portion of the eaves side engaging portion is located below the bent portion of the ridge side engaging portion, and the eave side engaging portion and the ridge side engaging portion are connected to each other by using hangers having different heights, i.e. By using hangers with different heights of the support part 10c, the height difference can be reduced by 1 step between adjacent roof plates in the direction of the eaves by simply changing the hangers. Can be easily modified in different types of roof shingles. Therefore, horizontal roofs with different levels, which are required for design reasons, can be obtained with one type of roof board. In addition, it is easy to manufacture the roof board, product management is easy, and the cross-sectional shapes of the eaves-side and ridge-side engaging parts are easy to form with bent parts at right angles, and the number of bent parts can be reduced. Since there are relatively few of them, it is simple and the roof sheets can be manufactured at low cost.

0b is fixed to the rafter 8 using fixing tools such as bolts. Next, the eave-side engaging portion 5 of the roof board 4 at the eave-side end is engaged with the eaves fitting 11 fixed to the rafter 8, and the bent portion 6b of the ridge-side engaging portion 6 of the roof board 4 at the eave-side end Hanging cord 1
0 is engaged with the protruding portion 10a. Furthermore, the inclined part 7a side end of the face plate part 7 of the roof board 4 on the eave side is supported on the support part 10c provided at the upper end of the hanger 10,
Connect the eave side engaging portion 5 of the ridge side roof plate 4 to the eave side roof plate 4.
It is detoured to the eave side of the ridge side engaging portion 6. That is,
Drooping portion 5 of the eave side engaging portion 5 provided on the roof plate 4 on the ridge side
a is located on the eave side of the rising portion 6a of the ridge side engaging portion 6 provided on the roof plate 4 on the eave side. Then, the folded portion 5b provided on the eaves side engaging portion 5 of the ridge side roof board 4 is disposed below the bent portion 6b of the ridge side engaging portion 6,
The ridge side engaging portion 6 and the eave side engaging portion 5 are engaged. In this case, the tips of at least one of the folded part 5b and the bent part 6b of the eaves side engaging part 5 and the ridge side engaging part 6 are brought into contact with appropriate places on the other side's roof panels 4, 4, so that the eave side engaging part 5 and the ridge side engaging part 6 are connected adjacent to the ridge side. Position the roof plates 4, 4 in the direction of the eaves. In this way, a desired level difference H 1 is provided between both roof panels 4, and the roof panels 4 are successively installed horizontally on the ridge side. In addition,
The ridge is constructed in the same way as a normal horizontal roof.

FIGS. 3 and 10 correspond to the roof panels shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. In these roof panels, a heat insulating material 14 such as rubber or synthetic resin is interposed in the face plate 7 between a thin outer metal plate 12 such as a stainless steel plate and an inner metal plate 13 such as a steel plate. In the side engaging portion 5 and the ridge side engaging portion 6, inner and outer metal plates 12 and 13 are directly joined. In the case shown in FIG. 9, the inclined portion 7a of the face plate portion 7 near the eave-side engaging portion 5 is also formed by directly joining the inner and outer metal plates 13 and 12. Since these roof plates have a simple cross section, the eave side engaging portions 5 and the ridge side engaging portions 6 can be easily formed using composite plate materials.

As explained above, with the connecting device for horizontal roof panels according to the present invention, by simply changing the height of the support part of the hanger, it is easy to reduce the level difference between adjacent roof panels in the direction of the eave ridge using one type of roof panel. can be changed to . Therefore, it is possible to obtain a horizontal roof with different levels, which is required for design reasons, with one type of roof board, and the structure of the roof board itself can be simplified, making it easy to manufacture the roof board. This also simplifies parts management. Furthermore, the cross-sectional shapes of the eave-side engaging portion and the ridge-side engaging portion can be simplified because the bent portions are at right angles, etc., making them easy to form, and the number of bent portions is relatively small. It has the effect of being easy to manufacture.
