First, when the call detection unit 11 detects a call using a call detection circuit installed according to the number of accommodated lines in response to a call request from a track maintenance person, the system is activated for the vacant trunk section 13 based on the trunk activation information read. Send information and capture the vacant trunk section. On the other hand, information is also sent to the connector section 12 as connector connection information to the input side selection circuit of the connector section. When the connector section receives the incoming selection information and the outgoing trunk selection information from the call detection section and the trunk section, it closes the corresponding cross point and connects the call detection section and the trunk section. Connect the telephone line. The trunk section is provided with a communication circuit having functions for monitoring the incoming call line, activating the outgoing exchange, and automatic dialing, and a activating and dialing relay circuit for the sender section 14. The operation of the trunk unit is to transmit the above-mentioned trunk selection information to the connector unit 12, and at the same time, when a call is detected by monitoring the incoming communication line, the trunk unit relays the call information to the subsequent exchange. Start. On the other hand, upon detection of a call, activation information is transmitted to the sender unit 14. The sender section 14 is provided with the functions of receiving activation information from the trunk section 13, making an automatic dial call, sending a dial to the trunk section 13, and sending out dial sending confirmation information. , the dial creation circuit creates preset selection number information for connecting the operator's console and automatically sends it to the trunk section. When the sending is completed and dial sending confirmation information is sent to the trunk section, the sender section recovers and prepares for the next activation request.
The trunk section receives automatic dialing information from the sender section and relays the information to the exchange. The operation on the exchange side is to connect the operator's desk via the reception trunk and call the operator using known exchange connection technology. If the operator answers, the call is made via the line maintenance operator, the subscriber cable, the call detection section 11 of the concentrator, the concentrator connector section 12, and the trunk section 13 to the exchange, reception trunk, and the operator at the operator's desk. A line is configured and calls can be made between the two parties.
