[Purpose of the Invention] Industrial Application Field The present invention relates to a circulation purification device for a bathtub that circulates and purifies old waste secreted from eccrine and apocrine lines on the human body surface contained in the hot water after bathing. It is. Conventional technology Traditionally, the hot water in the bathtub was eccrine wires on the surface of the human body,
Fatty acid esters, saturated fatty acids, unsaturated fatty acids, proteins, and ammonia nitrogen, which are old waste products secreted from apocrine glands, dissolve and deteriorate the water quality, resulting in slimy bathtubs after long periods of use and by many people. At the same time, the hot water itself has a bad smell, making it impossible to spend a comfortable bathing time, and it is unhygienic, especially in hotels and inns, as there is no feeling of cleanliness after bathing. In order to maintain and manage water quality, the hot water in the bathtub is frequently replaced, and this work is extremely hard work and requires a large amount of water. In recent years, it has become difficult to secure water resources. However, the activated carbon adsorption method, diatomaceous earth filter aid method, etc. as a means of removing old wastes that cause the deterioration of water quality are expensive and cannot be removed sufficiently. It had drawbacks. Problems to be Solved by the Invention The present invention solves problems caused by waste products such as fatty acid esters, saturated fatty acids, unsaturated fatty acids, proteins, and ammonia nitrogen secreted from eccrine and apocrine rays on the human body surface contained in bath water. By removing bad odors through biological, physical, and chemical actions,
To provide a circulating purification device for a bathtub that can maintain clean hot water for a long period of time, thereby making effective use of water resources and providing a comfortable and clean bathing time. [Structure of the Invention] Means for Solving the Problems In view of the above, the present invention incorporates a pump in a pump section having a suction/discharge port, connects a filtration section to the discharge side of the pump section, and controls the fluid flow of the filtration section. A rectifying plate having numerous communication holes is disposed on the feed side, and a filter press plate having numerous communication holes is disposed on the fluid discharge side, and Cristobal stone is fired between the rectifier plate and the filter press plate. Formed filter media and PH containing calcium such as coral sand, shells, limestone, etc.
Circulation purification in a bathtub filled with a conditioning material and pressed by a lid with an air intake port and a discharge pipe using a compression spring to press a filter pressing plate, and a heater with a temperature adjustment function built into the lid. The object of the present invention is to provide a device to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks. Function The present invention uses a pump to suck up hot water whose water quality has deteriorated in a bathtub, and rectifies the hot water through a rectifying plate to uniformly contact the filter medium, thereby applying fatty acid ester and saturated water to the filter medium. It can chemically and physically adsorb old wastes such as fatty acids, unsaturated fatty acids, proteins, and ammonia nitrogen, and can also adsorb large amounts of aerobic aquatic microorganisms. Further, the filter medium and the pH adjusting material can be fixedly filled into the filter section by means of a compression spring via the filter medium pressing plate. Also, it is possible to maintain a constant temperature at all times during circulation. Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a main body of a circulation purification device, and the main body 1 includes a pump 2 having an inlet and an outlet, and an opening 4 having a screw 3. A pump part 6 is sealed in a first case body 5 having a bottomed cylindrical shape, and a through hole 8 is bored therethrough through which a discharge pipe 7 protrudes from the discharge side of the pump part 6. A cylindrical second case body 11 having a partition wall 9 and having screws 10 and 10a cut into both ends is attached to the first case body so that the discharge pipe 7 is passed through the through hole 8 of the partition wall 9. 5 is screwed on. Reference numeral 12 denotes a filtration section, and the filtration section 12 is a partition wall in which a through hole 15 through which the discharge pipe 7 passes is bored at one end of a cylindrical third case body 14 having screws 13, 13a cut into both ends. 16, and numerous communication holes 17, 17a... whose ends are formed in an uneven shape for uniform distribution of hot water discharged from the discharge pipe 7 and prevention of clogging.
8, and also on the fluid discharge side, a filter press plate 20 having numerous communication holes 19, 19a, whose ends are unevenly formed to prevent clogging, is disposed. A porous filter medium 21 formed by firing and molding Cristobal stone and a PH adjusting material 22 containing calcium such as coral sand, shells, and limestone are filled between the filter medium pressing plate 20 and the filter medium pressing plate 20 . The physical properties of the filter material 21 are shown in Table 1, and the chemical properties are shown in Table 2. In short, the present invention provides a pump section 6 having suction and discharge ports.
A pump 2 is installed inside the pump part 6, a filtration part 12 is connected to the discharge side of the pump part 6, and a rectifying plate 18 having numerous communication holes 17, 17a... is arranged on the fluid supply side of the filtration part 12. , a filter material pressing plate 2 having numerous communication holes 19, 19a... on the fluid discharge side.
0 is disposed, and Cristobal stone is fired and formed between the rectifying plate 18 and the filter material pressing plate 20.
1 and a PH adjusting material 22 containing calcium such as coral sand, shells, and limestone, and the filter material pressing plate 20 is pressed by a lid portion 23 having an air intake port 33 and a discharge pipe 34 via a compression spring. The hot water with deteriorated water quality in the bathtub 37 is sucked by the pump 2, and the hot water is brought into a uniform flow state by the rectifying plate 18 disposed on the fluid supply side of the filtration part 12 so as to uniformly contact the filtering material 21. By allowing the filter material 21 to contain fatty acid ester,
In addition to chemically adsorbing and physically adsorbing old wastes such as saturated fatty acids, unsaturated fatty acids, proteins, and ammonia nitrogen, a large amount of aerobic aquatic microorganisms are adsorbed, so the old wastes in hot water undergo biochemical effects. By oxidizing and decomposing the water, purifying the water quality, and then discharging it, a constant amount of clean hot water can be circulated, so the hot water in the bathtub 37 can be used without any conversion, and is particularly useful for cleaning bathrooms in hotels and inns. This not only reduces the amount of labor required for water use, but also allows for effective use of water resources. In addition, the filter material 21 and the PH adjustment material 22 are placed on the filter material pressing plate 2.
Since the filtration part 12 is fixedly filled with the compression spring 29 via the filter member 0, the movement of the filter material 21 in the filtration part 12 due to the flow of hot water discharged by the pump 2 is restricted. Since it is possible to prevent the detachment of underwater microorganisms that have been adsorbed to water, it is possible to stably oxidize and decompose old waste in hot water through biochemical action, thereby purifying the water quality. Furthermore, since a heater 40 having a temperature adjustment function is installed inside the lid 12, even when the heater 40 maintains a constant temperature during circulation, the filtering material 21 prevents the generation of E. coli. Its practical effects, such as being able to prevent this, are enormous.
