However, such work is not only inefficient, but also has the disadvantage that there is a risk of damage to adjacent areas that do not require replacement, and that the surface after peeling cannot be finished neatly.

On the other hand, in the winter, both the adhesive and the flooring material harden to a high degree, making removal work even more difficult than in the summer. Furthermore, as adhesives have improved and their adhesive strength has become stronger, the task of removing flooring materials has become increasingly difficult.

Therefore, the floor surface is heated prior to the removal process using an electric iron-like floor heater equipped with a heating plate. An attempt is being made to do so. However, if the floor surface is uneven, an insulating air layer is formed, which reduces the efficiency of heat transfer from the heating plate to the flooring material. On the other hand, if the heating temperature of the heating plate becomes too high, the flooring material may fuse to the heating plate. Burning of the flooring may cause other problems. There is also the problem that heating with an open flame involves the risk of fire, so it cannot be used with confidence.

On the other hand, water injection pump 9
The water in the water tank 10 is supplied to the preheating pipe coil 7 about once every hour, and the preheated water is dripped into the entrance chamber 5a of the maze structure 5 from the outlet 7b. The labyrinth structure 5 forms a maze-like high temperature steam generation chamber that extends over the entire upper surface of the cover plate 2b from the entrance chamber 5a to the outlet chamber 5b, and the cover plate 2b is heated by induction and has a sufficiently high temperature. , entrance room 5
The water dripping into the pipe a has already been preheated by the preheating pipe coil 7, so it instantly turns into high-temperature steam, and by the time it passes through the labyrinth and reaches the exit chamber 5b, it turns into dry superheated steam, and the steam is released from the steam jet pipe 4. It often squirts.
