In the above-mentioned conventional three-dimensional quilt type futon, the intersections of the vertical and horizontal partition cloths are not sewn to allow the hose for inserting feathers into each compartment to be inserted. Therefore, the feathers moved through this intersection, causing the feathers to be uneven.

Unlike conventional methods, there is no need to cut at least one of the vertical and horizontal partition fabrics to the width of each section, and then arrange and sew each partition fabric to the upper and lower side fabrics in a grid pattern. . That is, by simply placing one of the vertical and horizontal partitioning cloths formed in the shape of a long bag on top of the other, a partition can be formed between the vertical and horizontal partitioning cloths, and then, By fixing the vertical and horizontal partition fabrics and the upper and lower side fabrics by means such as welding or gluing, each compartment can be closed, so the partition fabric and the side fabrics can be sewn together. A three-dimensional quilt type futon can be obtained without going through the complicated and difficult work of forming sections. This improves the production efficiency of futons,
This has the effect of reducing costs.

Furthermore, as mentioned above, since the positions of the two cuts are offset from each other, even when pressure is applied to one compartment, the batting filled in the compartment is , it becomes almost impossible for the flow to flow back into other adjacent compartments. This is because when pressure is applied to a compartment, the partition cloth collapses, so the batting in the compartment passes through the inside of this partition cloth, and then passes through the notch in the deviated position. This is because it is practically impossible for the robot to move to another section. This makes it possible to almost completely prevent the filling from becoming uneven.
