[Prior Art] Various types of copy-protection paper have been developed to prevent leakage of confidential information due to copying. For example, paper that prevents materials copied for internal corporate meetings from being illegally leaked and re-copied is being developed. In order to do this, there is a technology that can copy the manuscript itself, but when it is copied onto other paper, the entire document becomes dark and the recorded characters cannot be deciphered. We are proposing the technology disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-5996.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] This technology prints a sepia-toned pattern with a constant reflection density and transmission density on the surface of the paper, so that the recorded characters on the paper are visible, but the paper When copied as a document onto ordinary copy paper, the surface of the copy paper turns black and the pattern printing interferes with the recorded characters, making the characters illegible even if the density of the copying machine is adjusted. However, the above technique has a problem in that the surface of the paper originally exhibits a deep dark color due to the high ink density value, and therefore the characters recorded on the surface of the paper are difficult to read.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention was proposed in view of the problems of the prior art.
A solid printing layer is formed with sepia tone ink having reflection density values of approximately 1.28, magenta 1.16, and cyan 0.81, and on the solid printing layer, yellow 0.97, magenta
The pattern printing layer is overprinted with sepia tone ink having a reflection density value of approximately 0.82, cyan 0.52, and yellow 1.05, magenta
A solid printing layer is formed using a sepia tone ink having a reflection density value of about 0.94 and cyan 0.66, and recorded characters are further formed by electrophotography on the top surface of the solid printing layer and the pattern printing layer on the surface of the base paper. , is a paper that cannot be recopied and has black pigment adhered to the upper surface of the recorded characters.

[Example] An opaque base paper 1 has a solid printing layer 2 formed on its surface using sepia tone ink having reflection density values of yellow 1.28, magenta 1.16, and cyan 0.81.
The values for yellow, etc. were measured using a commercially available reflection densitometer RD918-SB model (narrow band, no changing filter) manufactured by Macbeth in the United States, and the range of the values for this densitometer is 0 to 0. 2.0, and the concentration increases as the number increases.

On the upper surface of the solid printing layer 2, a pattern printing layer 3 is overprinted with sepia tone ink having reflection density values of yellow 0.97, magenta 0.82, and cyan 0.52. The pattern printing layer is composed of fine continuous patterns such as vertical, horizontal, and circular lines that dazzle the naked eye.

Furthermore, recorded characters 5 are provided on the upper surface of the solid printing layer 2 and pattern printed layer 3 on the surface of the base paper 1 by electrophotography, and black pigment 6 is adhered to the upper surface of the recorded characters. . The recorded characters 5 are the characters of a document (not shown) set on an electrophotographic copying machine and are copied onto the surface of the base paper 1 used as copy paper, and the black pigment 6 is the toner of the recorded characters. It reacts to the heat and pressure and adheres to the recorded characters. That is, the pigment 6 is coated on the back side of a film 7 having the same shape as the base paper 1, and as shown in the third figure, the film 7 is placed on the surface of the base paper 1 with the pigment 6 facing down, and then a hot roller 8 is applied.
When passing through the toner, the pigment 6 reacts with the toner and is transferred to the recorded characters 5. When the film 7 is peeled off from the base paper 1 after passing through the heat roller 8, the pigment 6 remains on the recorded characters, so that the recorded characters become glossy and dark-colored, and the glossy recorded characters are pattern printed. It can be read because it is displayed in the pattern of layer 3 in exactly the same format as the original.

When the above paper is used as a document in a copying machine, the solid print layer 2 and the pattern print layer 3 are darkened and copied on the normal copy paper, making it difficult to read the recorded characters. When the copying machine density is adjusted to a lighter color direction, the solid print layer 2 and the pattern print layer 3 become gradually thinner, but the pattern of the pattern print layer 3 interferes with the recorded characters, so the characters cannot be read.

Further, since a solid printing layer 4 is formed on the back side, it cannot be seen in transmitted light and cannot be copied.

(1) The solid printing layer and pattern printing layer are formed with ink that has a specific reflection density value, so if you copy an original using this paper and then re-copy using this paper as an original, the surface of the paper will darken and the recording will occur. The characters become difficult to read, thereby preventing abuse such as forgery and alteration.

(2) パターン印刷層のパターンが記録文字に干渉

(2) Because the pattern of the pattern printing layer interferes with the recorded characters, the characters cannot be deciphered even if the shading of the copying machine is adjusted.

(3) Since a solid printing layer is also formed on the back side of the base paper with a specific reflection density value, transparent copying can be prevented.

(4) Since the black pigment is attached to the top surface of the recorded characters, the characters are glossy, so even if there is a solid printing layer and a pattern printing layer, the recorded characters themselves on the surface of the base paper are clearly visible. .
