2側に向けて折り曲げて折り曲げ片5,6を形成
するとともに折り曲げ片5,6の先端部に互いに
係止しあう係止片7,8が形成される。この場合
外皮1,2には更に必要に応じて凹凸等の模様と
なる成形をしてもよいものである。連続して供給
される2枚の外皮1,2間の隙間には金属製の帯
板14がアンコイラー15から連続して供給され
るようになつており、少なくとも一方の外皮1の

帯板14が外皮1の内面に接着されるようになつ

7,8同士が係止してあつて接着剤で接着される
ものであり、したがつてダブルコンベヤー9内に
おいて2枚の外皮1,2間に注入された発泡合成
樹脂3が発泡する際外皮1,2の側端部間から発
泡合成樹脂3がもれることがなく、この結果従来
のようにダブルコンベヤー9の両側端部間にサイ
ドシールコンベヤーを設けて発泡合成樹脂のもれ
を防ぐ必要がなくなつたものである。ダブルコン
ベヤー9を通過した後、丸刃式クロスカツターの
ような切断装置Sにより所定寸法に切断して第3
図に示すような外皮1,2同士が係止片7,8で
係止接着一体化したサンドイツチパネル4を製造
するのである。

し、このプーリ29をモータ31により回転して
シヤツターAレールに沿つて移動させるようにな
つている。第4図において32はプーリ29の軸
33に巻き廻されたコイルスプリングであつて、
このコイルスプリング32は軸33に対してシヤ
ツターAを引き上げて開放する方向のばね力を付
与しているものであり、モータ31の回転による
シヤツターAの引き上げに要する力を小さくする
役目をしている。この実施例ではプーリ29、ワ
イヤ30、コイルスプリング32、軸33、モー
タ31等により開閉手段28が構成してある。サ
ンドイツチパネル4の側端部には凹部34が設け
