<Prior art and its problems> Artificial nails are a means to decorate the nails beautifully as part of women's drinking habits, and artificial nails have traditionally been made of plastic materials and molded into various nail shapes. Select the nail shape that suits your nails from among these,
There is a method of attaching it to the surface of the nail, but in this case, the shape of the nail and the shape of the curved surface of the nail differ slightly depending on the individual, and the types of shapes of the attached nail are limited, so even if it does not fit slightly. It requires force to be attached, and there are problems in terms of appearance and functionality.

Recently, as shown in Figures 8 and 9, chips (b) made of thin plastic materials, etc.
Attach the tip to the tip of the nail (a), and apply acrylic from the surface of the nail (a) to the surface of the tip (b) using, for example, a product called "Light Stroke" manufactured by Corn Air (USA). A gel-like nail forming agent (c) that is mixed with powder and irradiated with light energy with a specific wavelength accelerates the chemical reaction and solidifies and hardens, is applied several times, molded into a nail shape, and finally chipped. In this method, the tip of the toe (a) is shaped with scissors or the like to form an attached nail (a).

However, with the above method, the attached nail cannot be removed because it is stuck to the nail itself, and the nail itself grows about 0.05 mm to 0.1 mm per day, so after a few days, the root of the nail cannot be removed. , the so-called cuticle (e) is the 10th part.
As shown in the figure, it gradually opens and causes a problem in appearance, so the above-mentioned attached claw (d) must be removed with a chemical, etc., and the above-mentioned attached claw (d) must be molded again. Therefore, there are disadvantages such as the nail itself becoming easily damaged, and when a situation arises where it is necessary to remove it for work, there are problems such as it is time-consuming and causes economic problems. .

<Means for Solving the Problems> In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the method of the present invention involves applying a removable thin film on the surface of the nail in advance, and forming a set-hardening nail on the surface of the nail by kneading it with acrylic resin powder or the like. The agent is applied and molded by an appropriate means, and the gist is that a thin film for nail removal is coated over the entire surface of the nail, and then a powder such as acrylic resin is kneaded onto the thin film and the nail is mixed with a powder such as acrylic resin. A nail forming agent that is set and hardened is applied several times, and then the nail is molded by setting and hardening, and then the nail is peeled off from the surface of the nail,
The method for manufacturing an attached nail is characterized in that an adhesive is adhered to the back surface of the attached nail.

In addition, in the present invention, as the above-mentioned nail molding agent, a product name of ``Cone Air Company'' (USA), which is kneaded with acrylic resin powder etc. and has the effect of accelerating a chemical reaction and solidifying and hardening with light energy having a specific wavelength, is used. "Light Stroke" is used, but is not limited to this.

FIGS. 1 to 5 show the manufacturing process of artificial nails according to the method of the present invention, in which oil is first removed from the surface of the nail 1 and the cuticle and sides of the nail 1 are trimmed.
Then, the surface of the nail 1 is coated with a thin film 2 for peeling off the nail, and this thin film 2 includes:
There are methods such as applying an adhesive tape (for example, cellophane tape) and applying a liquid resin agent, and various other methods are possible.

Next, if necessary, a thin chip 3 made of a plastic material or the like corresponding to the shape of the tip of the nail is adhered to the tip surface of the nail 1 coated with the thin film 2, and then the shape and length of the tip 3 are adjusted using scissors. In this case, the tip 3 will ultimately form the toe part of the attached nail, so the tip 3 is shaped with this in mind, and the adhesive part between the nail 1 and the tip 3 is shaped. Adjust the steps.

Then, on the surfaces of the nail 1 and the chip 3, a gel-like nail forming agent 4 (trade name: Light Stroke, manufactured by Corn Air Co., Ltd.), which is kneaded with powder such as acrylic resin and hardened by appropriate means, is applied several times. The above-mentioned nail forming agent 4 is used for the purpose of preparing the nail surface, for reinforcing and molding, and for finishing such as light selection. It is desirable to use them accordingly.

By pasting (for example, double-sided tape, etc.) on the nail 5, it is possible to manufacture the attached nail 5 that can be freely attached to and detached from the nail 1.

Although the above-mentioned method uses the chip 3 that forms the tip of the attached claw 5, the attached claw 5 may be formed by curing only the attached claw molding agent 4 without using this chip 3.

In addition to the manufacturing method described above, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, after coating the surface of the claw 1 with a thin film 2, a horseshoe-shaped film made of thin aluminum or the like is formed so as to closely surround the claw 1. Attach the plate 7 and apply the nail forming agent 4.
This is a method of coating and molding several times, and then setting and hardening using appropriate means.

Since the attached claw 5 manufactured by the above method is adapted to the shape and curved surface of each individual nail, the adhesive force of the adhesive body 6 that adheres to the back surface of the attached claw 5 is too large. It can be brought into close contact with the surface of the nail 1 without requiring any properties. Furthermore, when applying nail polish, fashion seals, etc. to the above-mentioned nails 5, since they can be removed, it does not take much time and it is now possible to apply nail polish and fashion seals accurately.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, according to the method of the present invention, it is possible to manufacture an attached nail in a simple manner according to the shape and curved surface of each nail, and it is also possible to freely attach and detach it from the nail. Because it can be used for various purposes, it can be used for any purpose. In addition, since it is removable, it has various effects such as being able to easily and accurately decorate nail polish, fashion stickers, etc.
