本発明は、電動式射出成形機の非常停止装置に

動させ、リミツトスイツチからの信号により直ち
に電動機への電力供給回路を遮断するようにした
ものである。これにより作業者保護、金型破損防

しかし、上記のような従来の非常停止装置に
は、電動機への電力の供給を遮断しても慣性のた
めに直ちに停止が行われず、非常停止装置の安全
性が十分でないという問題がある。すなわち、安
全ドアを開いたときに電動機への電力の供給を遮
断しても、電動機本体の慣性、ボールねじ機構な
どの動力伝達部材の慣性、スクリユー、可動盤な
どの慣性があるため、自由状態となつた電動機は
直ちには停止せず、ある程度の遅れ時間が必ず発
生する。このため、作業者の事故、金型の破損な
どを完全に防止することは困難であつた。本発明
は、このような問題点を解決することを目的とし

安全ドアを開いたときに作動するリミツトスイツ
チからの信号又は非常停止ボタンからの信号が入
力されたとき電動機の駆動用増幅器に回転停止指
令信号を出力して電動機を急制動させる制動指令
器と、電動機に設けられた回転検出器の信号が電
動機の停止を示したとき電動機の電力供給回路に
設けられた開閉器を開くよう指令する信号を出力

ように強制的に電動機の停止が行われるため、動
力伝達部材などの慣性によつて遅れ時間が発生す
ることがなく、即時全停止が行われ極めて高い安
