ることにより庫内温度分布を均一にし、シヨーケ
ース内被冷却物の温度上昇及びそれによる品質低
下を防ぐことができるとともに、送風機を停止し
てしまい冷却器が過冷却状態になることによる冷
却器の信頼性低下を防止することができ、しか
も、特別にスイツチを操作するのではなく、保護
カバーの開閉動作によつてこれら効果が得られる
という使い勝手が向上したオープンシヨーケース
