湯するが、その場合、注湯時の湯の圧力の影響
や、注湯されたアルミダイキヤストの冷却速度が
鋳型内の部分部分で異なることから軸受ボスとブ
レーキドラムとの位置ずれや撓みが多々発生す
る。そのため、ホイールを取り出した後、軸受ボ
スの内径および外径、ドラム内径、あるいはリム
を取付ける部分を機械加工仕上げする必要が生じ

びリム部3を前記ハブに溶着させることとした。
