[Industrial Application Field] This invention relates to decorative bubble gum that can develop a colored pattern on a chewing gum balloon film, and in which the color of the colored pattern changes depending on the length of chewing time of the gum. be. [Prior art] An attempt to develop a colored pattern on the chewing gum balloon membrane of balloon chewing gum was made in Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-38189.
Disclosed in the issue. This chewing gum for balloons contains raw silk, cotton, and other vegetable fibers.
Gluten, animal intestines, fish scales, and collagen are appropriately colored and mixed together, and when the chewing gum is inflated, these decorative substances are distributed in the chewing gum balloon membrane to create a colored pattern. However, this method does not allow raw silk,
A decorative material such as cotton thread is simply added as a colored material, and the color of the decorative material remains constant throughout each stage of chewing and inflation of the balloon membrane. If there is a change, it is due to discoloration due to the elution of colored substances during chewing, and although the color becomes lighter, it can be said that it is almost the same as the original color. In other words, although the chewing gum disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-38189 produces a colored pattern on the chewing gum balloon film, the pattern is always the same color and does not change at all and is monotonous. The problem is that children, who are the main buyers of these products, quickly get bored with them. Moreover, the above-mentioned special public service No. 54-38189
The chewing gum of the publication has a fatal defect as a product. That is, the decorative substances added to the above-mentioned chewing gum are vegetable fibers such as raw silk and cotton, and natural products such as fish scales, and all of them are chewing gum balloon membranes (the main component is resin such as vinyl acetate resin) or It has serious defects in that it does not mix well with the gum base, peels off from the balloon film, and gives a feeling of foreign matter when chewing. In addition, the above-mentioned decorative substances are natural products and have their own unique shapes (for example, cotton is linear, scales are scaly), and are subject to these restrictions. The shape of the pattern is almost constant, and together with the fact that the color does not change, children quickly lose interest. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention provides a method for chewing gum balloon membranes that has a free shape, changes color with chewing, and that peels off from the chewing gum balloon membranes. The purpose is to provide decorative bubble gum capable of expressing a colored pattern without any color. [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the decorative bubble gum of the present invention has a coating structure in which a colored piece of soft synthetic resin is coated with a poorly soluble colored film having a different color. The composition is such that the pieces are dispersed as a pattern-forming substance in a chewing gum balloon membrane. That is, since the above decorative bubble gum uses a soft synthetic resin colored piece coated with a slightly soluble colored film as a pattern forming substance, the balloon film inflated at a shallow stage of chewing is coated with a slightly soluble colored film. The colored pieces covered with
In the balloon membrane that was inflated at an advanced stage of biting, the slightly soluble colored film was eluted and removed by biting during that period, and the colored piece of soft synthetic resin itself appeared, creating a color pattern different from the previous one. Form. Moreover,
The above-mentioned soft synthetic resin colored piece is made of the same synthetic resin as the chewing gum balloon membrane and the gum base, so it blends well with them and does not cause the phenomenon of peeling off from the balloon membrane or causing the sensation of a foreign body when chewing. Moreover, it is highly workable and can be formed into unique shapes such as star shapes and crescent shapes that could not be formed conventionally. Therefore, by appropriately combining the change in color of the color pattern on the balloon film and the shape of the colored piece, a timeless color pattern can be stably expressed on the balloon film. The resin of the above-mentioned soft synthetic resin colored piece can be sufficiently used as long as it is a soft one among various synthetic resins. However, when chewing gum is incorporated into the chewing gum base and integrated with it, the chewing gum balloon film does not develop any pattern, so there is a limit to how low molecular weight it can be. That is, the above-mentioned softness refers to the degree to which the chewing gum does not give a foreign body sensation when chewing and can maintain its own shape. Among soft synthetic resins, it is particularly preferable to use vinyl acetate resin having a degree of polymerization within the range of 1,000 to 38,000. This product satisfies all of the above characteristics. This resin is usually used in the form of a minute film from the viewpoint of the feel when chewing and the decoration of the balloon membrane. The above-mentioned resin can be colored into flakes by adding a coloring agent such as a lake dye during resin synthesis, stretching the resulting colored resin appropriately and cutting it into pieces, or by using a solvent to dye the synthesized resin. This is carried out by dissolving the solution, adding a coloring agent thereto, casting it on a glass plate or the like, drying it to form a film, and cutting the film as appropriate. As the pigments used for coloring, various lake pigments are used as mentioned above, but in addition to these, oil-soluble natural yellow pigments, copper chlorophyll, activated carbon, titanium dioxide, etc. can be used alone or in combination. The slightly soluble colored film covering the soft synthetic resin colored piece produced as described above needs to be colored in a different color from the colored piece. Representative examples are as follows. These include colored films of derived proteins such as gelatin, colored films of natural polysaccharides such as pullulan, carrageenan, guar gum, and xanthan gum, and colored films of collagen, casein, soybean protein, etc. These films are formed by making an aqueous solution of the above-mentioned substances together with a colorant such as a water-soluble dye, and coating the colored piece with the solution by dipping, spraying, adhesion using a rotary kettle, etc., and forming a dry film. This is done using methods such as As the dye used in this case, not only natural and synthetic water-soluble dyes but also dyes such as lake dyes used in coloring the resin can be used. The bubble gum in which the colored pieces of soft synthetic resin coated with the hardly soluble colored film thus obtained are dispersed can be obtained by kneading using a kneader or the like according to a known method, and is not particularly limited. The method of dispersion is not particularly limited either, but from the viewpoint of preventing the peeling of the poorly soluble colored film from the colored piece, it is preferable to add and mix just before kneading the bubble gum. The decorative bubble gum obtained as above is
The colored pieces of soft synthetic resin coated with the hardly soluble colored film are dispersed, and the chewing gum balloon film can develop a unique colored pattern that varies in color depending on the degree of chewing of the gum. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, the decorative bubble gum of this invention has the following effects:
A chewing gum that is inflated at a shallow stage of chewing because it has dispersed covering structure pieces in which colored pieces of soft synthetic resin are coated with poorly soluble colored films of different colors, and these pieces change color as chewing progresses. The balloon membrane and the chewing gum balloon membrane, which is inflated at an advanced stage of chewing, can exhibit colored patterns with mutually different colors, and since the soft synthetic resin colored pieces are mainly made of synthetic resin, they can be molded into any shape. .
Therefore, by appropriately combining the two, it becomes possible to easily create a timeless color pattern on the balloon film. Moreover, since the soft synthetic resin colored pieces are of the same quality as the gum base and blend well with each other, they do not cause serious defects such as peeling off from the gum base or chewing gum. Next, examples will be described. Balloon chewing gum and a soft synthetic resin colored piece with a poorly soluble colored coating were prepared in the following manner. (a) Manufacture of balloon chewing gum The raw materials shown in Table 1 below were blended in the proportions shown in the same table and placed in a kneader according to a conventional method to produce a balloon chewing gum base.

[Table] The decorative bubble gum obtained as above is
The whole is a uniform red color. When you chew on this, the pigment contained in the gum body washes away and the color becomes lighter. However, in the case of the poorly soluble colored film soft synthetic resin colored piece, the hardly soluble colored film on the front is mainly composed of gelatin. Since it is composed of a poorly soluble substance, the color does not wash away. Therefore, when the gum is inflated at this stage, the chewing gum balloon film has a red pattern due to the poorly soluble colored coating and soft synthetic resin colored pieces. This red pattern is caused by the fact that the hardly soluble colored film soft synthetic resin colored piece is in the shape of a rectangular film, and is appropriately dispersed in the balloon film to form a red dispersed pattern. Next, when you put the balloon membrane back on and chew the gum again, the poorly soluble colored film on the surface of the soft synthetic resin colored piece washes away, so the yellow vinyl acetate that is the soft synthetic resin colored piece washes away. The remaining resin will appear,
When the chewing gum is expanded at this stage, a yellow dispersion pattern in which square film-shaped yellow vinyl acetate resin is dispersed appears in the chewing gum, unlike the previous chewing gum. That is, according to this decorative bubble gum, two types of color patterns can appear on the balloon membrane depending on the stage of chewing. Example 2 Bubble gum and a colored piece of soft synthetic resin with a poorly soluble colored film were produced in the following manner. (a) Production of balloon chewing gum A balloon chewing gum base was produced in the same manner as in Example 1, and the raw materials shown in Table 6 below were blended into this balloon chewing gum base in the proportions shown in the same table.
