FIG. 8 shows an example of a conventional momentary operation push switch 10. A pair of fixed terminals 2 and 3 are implanted in a housing 1 made of synthetic resin such that the upper surface thereof has contact portions 2a and 3a exposed in an opening 1a. A contact 4 made of a dome-shaped thin metal plate and a plunger 5 having a protrusion on the lower surface are sequentially placed in the opening 1a, and then the operating portion 5 of the plunger 5 is placed.
A top plate 6 having a hole 6a for inserting the housing 1 is fixed to the top surface of the housing 1. In this switch 10, when the plunger 5 is pushed down, the contact parts 2a and 3a of the pair of fixed terminals 2 and 3 are kept in the on state by the inverted contactor 4, and the plunger 5 is opened. When is contact 4
Momentary operation is performed by returning to the OFF state due to the restoring force.

The method for manufacturing a multiple push switch according to the present invention includes: an insulating substrate having a long electrode integrally formed with a plurality of terminals fixed to one side; a spacer having through holes provided at predetermined intervals; After sequentially laminating and fixing a flexible sheet with a long second electrode on one side of which a second terminal is integrally formed, punching is made between these through holes to form a second electrode. It is characterized by cutting out a part at a predetermined interval and dividing the electrode into multiple pieces, so that it can be assembled by simple processes such as punching and gluing instead of molding. .

The multiple push switch configured in this way is
When a portion of the spacer 40 directly above the through hole 44 is pressed from above the sheet 70, the pair of electrodes 31 and 61 facing each other across the through hole 44 come into contact and turn on. Then, when the pressing force is removed, the restoring force of the thin film 70, sheet 50, and electrode 61 returns to the OFF state, thereby performing momentary operation.

Next, a method of manufacturing this multiple push switch will be explained with reference to FIGS. 4 to 7. First, as shown in FIG. 4, a long electrode material 30 on which a plurality of terminals 32 are integrally formed is fixed to one side of the substrate 20 by means of adhesive or the like. Similarly, a long electrode material 60 in which a plurality of terminals 62 are integrally formed is fixed to one side of the sheet 50. Next, a spacer 40 provided with through holes 44 at predetermined intervals is sandwiched between the two electrode materials 30 and 60 at the through holes 44.
The substrate 20 and the sheet 50 are stacked and fixed to each other so that they face each other and their terminals 32 and 62 protrude to the outside (FIG. 5). Next, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the spacer 40
The parts between the through holes 44 are punched out from above the sheet 50 to form the punched holes 52, 42, 22, and the electrode materials 60, 30 in these parts are cut out.
As a result, the electrode materials 60 and 30 are divided to form a plurality of electrodes 61 and 31, and a plurality of switch units are formed between the sheet 50 and the spacer 40.
A switch connection body 90 connected by the and substrate 20 is completed. This switch connector 90 can be used as it is as a multiple push switch. However, in order to further improve the moisture resistance, both surfaces of the switch connector 90 except for the ends of the terminals 32, 62 may be further covered with synthetic resin thin films 70, 80 such as polyester films. The result was the multiple push switch shown in Figure 2.

Note that the spacer 40 is connected to the substrate 20 on which the electrode is attached.
Alternatively, it may be provided by printing a synthetic resin paint on the surface of the sheet 50. Furthermore, the shapes of the through hole 44 and the punched holes 22, 42, and 52 are not limited to the shapes of the embodiments.

According to the present invention, molding is not necessary,
Since it can be assembled using simple work processes such as gluing and punching, productivity is significantly improved. Alternatively, after making a long piece in which a large number of switch units are connected, cutting it along the punched holes 22, 42, and 52, for example, along line B-B in FIG.
It is possible to construct multiple push switches with any number of stations.
