れを外層袋に挿入するという多くの手間を要し包
装能率を向上することは困難であつて1日数万個
という包装握り飯の需要に耐え難いものであつ
た。又機械で包装しようとすると包装時点で内外
層袋及び挾持海苔片が密着せず、ずれ易いため不
良包装に陥り易い。

ようにした上側水平移行部の始端側には握り飯収
容具2への内層袋供給嵌合装置15を設け、同装
置15の吸盤16によつて吸引されて開口した内
層袋3内に上記上下板2′,2″が進入して同上下
板2′,2″に同内層袋3を嵌合させる。その後上
向吸盤17に吸着されかつ両側を突出縁によつて
上昇屈曲させた海苔片18(第5図)内に上記収
容具2を進入させ、その状態で海苔片18の両側
を折量板19,19で上板2′上に対向方向に折
畳んで内層袋3を海苔片18で被覆する。上記両
側の折畳部は水平押え板20で押えられて海苔片
両側の起上りを防止しながら移行し、さらに吸盤
21によつて下方に吸引されて開口している外層
袋4内に進入し、上下板2′,2″は2重に包装さ
れる(第1図)。その後水平案内杆22,22間
を終端部に向つて摺動する際下板2″の後方延長
部上に3角握り飯6が供給される。この供給は上
側水平移行部の始端部であつても差支えない。そ
の後上記収容具2の上下面に圧着する加熱具2
3,23によつて開口部の内外層袋3,4は点溶
着5される。そして終端駆動スプロケツト10を
迂回して下向となり上下板2′,2″間に上記握り
飯6は下降進入し、さらにその自重によつて上下
板2′,2″の開口外周間隔部7から下降排出し
れ、下降に際し上記2重包装内に包装されて取卸
される。又第4図に示すように握り飯押出具24
を往復回動させることによつて強制的に上記移動
方向に排出させ同述同様に包装しコンベヤ25上
に取卸すことができる。加熱具23,23は上下
板2′,2″との間に内外層袋3,4を狭圧して両
袋3,4を溶着5し、同溶着5は加熱具23,2
