7をまとめてプツシヤプレート50にてシユータ

数の小袋を配積装置上から押し出して大袋に詰め
る押出装置とを備えており、しかも 配積装置は、供給装置から小袋を一つずつ取り
上げて移載するための吸着装置と、吸着装置で移
載された小袋を所定の大袋詰め配列状態にして載
置するための配積プレートと、及び配積プレート
上の小袋を幅寄せさせて整列させる幅寄せ手段と
を備え、さらにこの幅寄せ手段は、水平状に配さ
れた配積プレートの左右各側辺に沿つた状態で且
つ配積プレートに対し立設する状態で配された左
右両側のサイドプレートと、この各サイドプレー
トを配積プレートの側辺に沿つた側の辺が固定点
となる状態で回動させる駆動手段とから構成さ
れ、 また、押出装置は、配積プレート上の所定個数
の小袋を所定の大袋詰め配列状態のまま押し出し
て移動させるためのプツシヤプレートと、このプ
ツシヤプレートを配積プレート及び左右両側のサ
イドプレートにて形成の断面がU字形状の空間中
で移動させるプツシヤと、及び被せた状態で大袋
を取付け自在として配積プレートの先端に接続さ
れ、プツシヤプレートで押し出された所定個数の
小袋が乗るとその重量で傾動することにより大袋
に対し所定個数の小袋を自動的に充填状態とする
シユータとを備えていることを特徴とする自動包
装機。
