本発明はダイボンダーやフリツプチツプボンダ
ー等において、その運転中にダイを載せたトレー
を連続的に自動供給し、かつ搬出するトレーの自

従来、この種の供給装置は、トレー上に縦横に
配列されたダイを1個づつピツクアツプ位置に位
置出しするXYテーブル上に1〜4ケのトレーを
載せておく形式のもので、前記トレーのダイが全
てピツクアツプされ終ると、ボンダーを停止して
新しいトレーと交換する必要があり、非能率的で

トレーを収納することが可能なトレーの自動供給
装置を提供し、もつてボンダーの作業能率を向上

図である。1は搬送装置の本体、2,3は本体1
の両端部に回転可能に設けられた2個1対のプー
リ、4,5はプーリ2,3を周回する丸ベルト、
6は本体1に取付けられたモータ、7はモータ6
の出力軸に固定された駆動プーリ、8はプーリ2
の回転軸に固定された従動プーリ、9は駆動プー
リ7と従動プーリ8とを周回するベルトである。
そこで、モータ6の回転により、ベルト伝動を介
してプーリ2,3が回転して丸ベルト4,5が周
回運動を行い、丸ベルト4,5上に置かれたトレ
ーA〜Gが本体1の側壁に案内されて整列搬送さ

の直上に突出可能な弾性ワイヤよりなるストツパ
である。16は本体1を載置して縦横に送り運動
可能なXYテーブル、17は本体1の前端部下方

に示すように順次ダイの配列ピツチ毎(始点20
より終点21)に送られて所定のピツクアツプ位
置に位置出しされ、公知のピツクアツプ手段でピ
ツクアツプされてダイボンダー(図示せず)に供
給される。そして、トレーAのダイが全てピツク
アツプされ終ると、爪駆動用ソレノイド10が動
作して爪11が下降し、トレーAの係止が解放さ

ソレノイド14が動作してストツパ15を後退さ
せる。これによりトレーB〜Gは前進を開始す
る。そして、同図eに示すようにトレーAは収納
箱17(第1図参照)に収納される。またトレー
Bの通過がトレー検出用センサー13によつて検
出されると、爪駆動用ソレノイド10が動作して
爪11が上昇し、トレーBを係止する。更に同図
fに示すようにトレー位置決め用ソレノイド14
が動作してストツパ15を前進させ、トレーCを
係止すると共にトレーBをもその弾性力によつて
爪11に押圧し、トレーBを位置決めする。この
後モータ6が停止する。そして、再びXYテーブ
ル16によつてトレーB上のダイを順次ピツクア
