つき、その脚台部A′,B′を補強腕Hにより連結
することも提案されているが、この場合にも成形
後に連結作業が要求されるだけでなく、前記の振
れ止め効果が充分でない等の欠陥をもつている。

い場部との間に下位空所が形成される浴室ハーフ
ユニツトを、雄型と雌型との離間空隙に充填され
る合成樹脂によつて機械成形する方法において、
雄型の表面にプリフオームを被装後、等該プリフ
オーム上にあつて、上記浴室ハーフユニツトの下
位空所を形成すべき凹所には、その一部または全
部に嵌装固形材の上端面に載置した埋設脚柱を、
雄型の浴槽部と洗い場部の各底壁が形成される箇
所の前記プリフオーム面上まで延出横架し、前記
雄型と雌型との離間空隙に充填される合成樹脂に
よつて、上記の嵌装固形材、埋設脚柱を被包する
ようにしたことにある。

を、雄型の浴槽部と洗い場部の各底壁が形成され
る箇所の前記プリフオーム面上まで延出横架し、
前記雄型と雌型との離間空隙に充填される合成樹
脂によつて、上記の嵌装固形材、埋設脚柱を被包
するようにしたことを特徴とする浴室ハーフユニ
ツトの機械成形方法。 2 埋設脚柱が二個であり、これら各柱の下位に
夫々の嵌装固形材が離間して立置され、かつ嵌装
固形材には合成樹脂による発泡体を採択したこと
