本発明は容器、鞄、フアイル、バインダー等に
於ける硬質芯材入り表版の新規の製造方法に関す

(発明が解決しようとする問題点)
然しながら、この方法によるときには外面部材
の周辺に格別の正皿形状のフランジ部が形成され
ることがなく単なる平坦部を内方に向つて折返す
にとどまるのでこの折返し作業は外面部材周辺の
伸展状態の保持傾向に抗して強制的に行うことを
必要として無理が伴うのみならず一旦、折返し接
着が完了した周辺部が接着剤の粘着力に抗して旧
の伸展状態に戻つてしまう傾向があるなどの問題

部により、同じく硬質芯材に於ける全外周縁部の
上面を内向フランジ部により夫々被包し、然るの
ち内向フランジ部を硬質芯材に貼付するか硬質芯
材の上面に内向フランジ部の上面をも覆う寸法の
熱可塑性軟質合成樹脂シート製の内面部材を重合
しその全周縁を上記のフランジ部に高周波溶着も
しくは縫着するかすることによつて上記の被包状
態を維持することを特徴とする容器、鞄、フアイ
ル、バインダー等に於ける表版の製造方法を提供
することによつてこのような問題点を解決しよう

を載置すると共に当該逆皿形状体3に於ける全周
側壁部6を上方に反転して同逆皿形状体3を内向
フランジ部7を備えた正皿形状体8とすることに
よつて硬質芯材5に於ける全外周縁の端面9を同
全周側壁部6により、同じく硬質芯材5に於ける
全外周縁部10の上面を内向フランジ部7により
夫々被包し、然るのち硬質芯材5の上面に内向フ
ランジ部7の上面をも覆う塩化ビニルシート製の
内面部材11を重合し、その全周縁を上記の内向
フランジ部7に高周波溶着することによつて上記

(発明の作用及び効果)
本発明は叙上のように最終段階で外面部材の周

辺を強制的に折返すような無理な作業を必要とせ
ずまたこの部が接着剤の止着力に抗して旧の伸展
形状の戻るなどの虞れがなく、本発明はこれによ
つて前記の問題点を充分に解決できる効果を奏す
るものであり、更に加えて本発明のおいてはフラ
ンジ部を一体に備えた逆皿形状体を内向フランジ
部を一体に備えた正皿形状体とする反転工程およ
び硬質芯材の全外周縁部の被包工程は、逆皿形状
体の天壁の上面に硬質芯材を載置した状態で逆皿
形状体の天壁下面をバキユームで下方に吸引する
が若くは硬質芯材を押下するか又はバキユームに
よる吸引および硬質芯材の押下を同時に行う等の
作業が可能であり、このような方法を採用するこ
とによつて全体の生産効率を著しく高めることが

性軟質合成樹脂シート製の内面部材を重合しその
全周縁を上記のフランジ部に高周波溶着もしくは
縫着するかすることによつて上記の被包状態を維
持することを特徴とする容器、鞄、フアイル、バ
