Therefore, the present invention is a method for installing a suspended scaffold on a construction projecting part such as an elevated road girder, in which the assembled scaffold is hung vertically using a chain or the like, and the support itself that supports the construction projecting part or the fixing for the support is The inner end of the suspended scaffold is connected to a mounting bracket fixed to the support side such as the frame of the scaffold to support the suspended scaffold so that it can rotate in the vertical direction, and then the construction protrusion side and the outer side of the suspended scaffold are connected. Connect with a hanging material such as a chain and pull up the hanging material to move it above the suspended scaffold and place it horizontally under the construction protrusion, and in this state connect and fix the suspended scaffold appropriately to the construction protrusion side. The main idea is to install it by hanging it.

(Function) (1) Since the work is carried out by vertically suspending scaffolding assembled with chains, etc., a large work area is not required, so the width of the road for traffic regulation can be reduced, resulting in fewer hindrances to traffic.

(2) After suspending the scaffold, connect the inner end of the scaffold to the support that supports the construction protrusion, and then use a chain etc. to pull up the outer part of the scaffold so that the scaffold can move upward using the inner end as a fulcrum. In order to do this, the scaffolding is placed under the construction projection. After the scaffolding is placed horizontally, the scaffolding is connected to the protrusion side at appropriate points and suspended and fixed.

(実施例) 以下、本発明を図面を参照しながら説明する。(Example) Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.

This example shows how to install a suspended scaffold S with concrete girders K protruding on both sides on which girders E of an elevated road are placed. At the same time, a net 2 is stretched on the upright part to form a hanging scaffold S. In addition, a framed steel pipe is exposed in the inner part where there is no upright part, and the steel pipe at the inner end along the inner edge is used as the connecting pipe 3. Also, 4 is a jack base for making a horizontal footing, 5
is a caster provided at the outer end. This scaffolding S will be assembled in the empty space under the viaduct.

After the scaffold S is completed, the connecting pipe 3 at the inner end is connected to the chain block 6 attached to the girder E as shown in Fig. 3, and the scaffold S is suspended vertically. At this time, due to the intervention of the caster 5, it is suspended vertically at an angle while moving smoothly (see imaginary line in FIG. 3).

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the scaffold S is rotated 90 degrees and placed at right angles to the girder K, placed on the rail 7, and moved under the girder K. This rotation of the scaffold S can be easily performed by one worker because the scaffold S is in a suspended state, and the movement of the scaffold S is also carried out by displacing the casters 5 at right angles and then rolling on the rails 7. This is an extremely simple task.

The mounting bracket 9 is fixed in advance to the framed steel pipe 8. As shown in Figs. 6 and 7, this mounting bracket 9 connects two steel pipes, upper and lower, with their tips open in an open state, and bolt insertion holes are provided in the top and bottom of the respective tips. It consists of

After passing the connecting pipe 3 of the suspended scaffold S through the opening at the tip of each fitting 9, the connecting tube 3 is held by tightening the bolt 10 at the tip of each fitting 9 (the first (See Figures 5 to 7).

Next, as shown in Fig. 5, the outer part of the scaffold S is suspended by the chain block 11 attached to the outermost girder E.
By winding up the chain, the scaffold S is moved upward using the connecting pipe 3 as a fulcrum and is placed horizontally below the girder K.

After that, the scaffold S is fixed by rehanging it at a plurality of appropriate locations. As a result, a suspended scaffold S surrounding the girder stand K is installed below the girder stand K as shown in FIG.

In this way, according to this example, the scaffold S is pre-assembled in a place that does not interfere with traffic and is hung vertically, so the work space is small, and the range of traffic restrictions can be reduced.

Traffic only needs to be stopped and regulated when moving above the scaffold S, and since this is an extremely short period of time, work can be carried out safely even during the daytime without interfering with traffic.

Although the embodiment has the above configuration, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the configuration and attachment location of the attachment fittings that rotatably support the suspended scaffolding are not limited, and the attachment fittings may be fixedly attached to the support body itself that supports the construction protrusion. Furthermore, the construction protrusion is not limited to the girder, and the present invention is applicable to any portion that protrudes in the lateral direction.

(Effects of the Invention) Therefore, according to the method of the present invention, it is possible to connect the scaffold to the supporting body in a narrow space, and the scaffold can be placed under the construction protrusion by simply rotating it, so it can be installed in a short time. It is large and easy to work with.

For this reason, scaffolding for elevated road girders requires only a short amount of time, so there is less interference with traffic regulations.
It is possible to work in the daytime, it is safe, and there are great benefits in that the number of workers can be secured.
