A conventional separated air conditioner is an installation system in which one or more indoor units and one outdoor unit are connected via refrigerant piping. FIG. 3 shows an installation system for such a conventional separated air conditioner.
As shown in Fig. 3, in the conventional installation system for separate air conditioners, for example, in apartments, condominiums, and other housing complexes, the outdoor unit 2 is installed on the balcony 1, etc.
is installed and connected to an indoor unit 5 provided indoors by a refrigerant pipe 4 penetrating the outer wall 3. In addition, when there are multiple indoor units 5, other refrigerant pipes 4 are provided according to the number of indoor units to connect each indoor unit 5.
and the outdoor unit 2 are connected. Note that the above-mentioned installation system is also adopted in general single-family homes and the like.

In the conventional separation type air conditioner installation system described above, it goes without saying that an outdoor space is required for installing the outdoor unit 2. However, the outdoor space for installing the outdoor unit 2 must be taken up on the balcony 1, especially in collective housing such as apartments and condominiums, and the outdoor unit 2 may occupy the valuable area of the balcony 1, which should be used as widely as possible. is not desirable. The same applies to ordinary houses, and the installation space for the outdoor unit 2 as well as the directionality of the air inlet and outlet must be considered.

Furthermore, since the outdoor unit 2 in the above-mentioned separate air conditioner is exposed to wind and rain, it particularly needs to be water resistant, and the equipment, materials, etc. associated therewith become important issues. Furthermore, since the outdoor unit 2 can be seen from the outside, its design cannot be ignored, and therefore it has the drawback of being relatively expensive.

The present invention installs an outdoor unit main body consisting of a compressor and a heat exchanger connected to the indoor unit through refrigerant piping in an indoor dead space, and includes a partition plate that partitions a heat exchange room containing the heat exchanger and a compressor room. At the same time, an air suction duct is attached to one side, and the other end is communicated with the outdoor air intake port, and an air suction duct is attached to the other side of the heat exchange chamber, and the other end is communicated with the outdoor air outlet. This is a separate air conditioner installation system in which a blower is installed in either a duct or a blow-off duct.

According to the present invention, as described above, the outdoor unit consisting of a compressor and a heat exchanger, which was conventionally installed on a balcony or the like, is installed in an indoor dead space, for example, above the entrance, under the ceiling, etc. For this reason, the air to be heat exchanged by the heat exchanger and the heat-exchanged air must be drawn in and blown out from outside. Therefore, according to the present invention, a suction duct for sucking air from outdoors is attached to one side of the heat exchange chamber housing the heat exchanger,
The other end is communicated with a suction port provided on a wall, etc., and a blow-off duct for blowing out the heat-exchanged air is attached, and the other end is communicated with a blow-off port for blowing out the heat-exchanged air outdoors. It is. At this time, a blower is installed in the suction duct or the blowout duct to ensure a sufficient and smooth flow of air in the order of suction duct, heat exchanger, and blowout duct. According to the present invention, it is preferable to provide a partition plate between the compression chamber containing the compressor described above and the heat exchange chamber.

According to the above-described separated air conditioner installation system according to the present invention, the installation space for the outdoor unit that was conventionally occupied by the outdoor unit can be eliminated, and the indoor dead space, that is, the space that has not been effectively utilized in the past, can be saved. To effectively utilize indoor space, and to effectively suck and discharge air heat exchanged with a heat exchanger through a suction duct and an outlet duct, thereby preventing heat from accumulating indoors.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 8 designates the outdoor unit body of the separate air conditioner, which is hung in an indoor hallway or ceiling. The outdoor unit main body 8 consists of a compressor chamber 10 containing a compressor 9, and a heat exchange chamber 12 containing a heat exchanger 11 which functions as a condenser during cooling and an evaporator during heating. A partition plate 13 is provided between the compression chamber 10 and the heat exchange chamber 12, and serves to effectively circulate air to the heat exchanger described later. 14 and 15 are refrigerant pipes connected to the No. 1 indoor unit and the No. 2 indoor unit (both not shown). The outdoor unit main body 8 is placed on a bottom frame 16, and the bottom frame 16 is fixed with bolts 17 and nuts 18 suspended from a beam or the like in the ceiling. The bolts 17 are provided at least in the squares of the bottom frame 16, as shown in FIG.

Further, on the other side of the heat exchange chamber 12, a blow-off duct connection port 26 for fitting an air blow-off duct is provided.
A blow-off duct 27 is connected to this connection port 26. A blower unit 29 housing a blower 28 is interposed in the middle of the blower duct 27, and the other end of the blower duct 27 is communicated with a blower outlet 30 provided in a wall 31.

When the air conditioner is operated by the above-described system, the heat exchanger 11 operates the blower 28 so that outside air is sucked in from the suction port 25 through the blowing duct 24 and enters the heat exchange chamber 12.
Although partially hitting the partition plate 13, the air passes through the heat exchanger 11 to achieve heat exchange there, and then the heat-exchanged air is blown out from the outlet 30 through the outlet duct 27 to the outdoors. Therefore, the main body 8, which conventionally had to be installed outdoors, can be installed indoors to achieve sufficient and smooth heat exchange.

[Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, the outdoor unit that was conventionally installed outdoors can be installed in a dead space indoors, and the partition plate prevents the air flowing in from the suction duct connection port from flowing to the compressor room. The air that flows effectively to the heat exchanger and has been heat exchanged can be sufficiently and smoothly sucked in and blown out. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the need for outdoor unit installation space not only in conventional ordinary houses but also in particular in collective housing such as apartments and condominiums, and that space can be used effectively for other purposes.

In addition, conventional outdoor units were exposed to wind and rain, so countermeasures were required, but according to the present invention, since the unit is installed indoors, such countermeasures are unnecessary. Moreover, since it is not visible from the outside, it has the advantage that design considerations can be ignored.
