(Prior art and its problems) When manufacturing biscuits with crushed peanuts on top as a topping, the biscuit dough is fed onto a conveyor, stamped to the size of the biscuit, and crushed onto each biscuit dough. This is done by dropping peanuts and passing them through a baking oven, but in the past, the work of placing crushed peanuts on top of the dough had to be done manually.

Therefore, in order to increase productivity, the inventor researched mechanical processing means. First, he placed a hopper in the center of the conveyor, and from there, multiple troughs were tilted downward in a fan shape. The crushed peanuts were placed on top of the dough and vibrated by a vibrating device so that the crushed peanuts could be smoothly discharged from the potspa.

The problem with this device is that the amount of falling peanuts is significantly different due to vibration. If the vibration is small, hardly any peanuts will flow out, but if the vibration is increased, a large amount of peanuts will suddenly flow out from a certain point, and the amount cannot be controlled. The point is that it is difficult. It was also found that the outer gutter, which has a stronger fanning angle, always had a smaller amount of peanuts than the central gutter, and had the disadvantage of not being able to distribute the peanuts uniformly. An even bigger problem is that the dough after stamping is conveyed intermittently on a conveyor at intervals, but with the above device, it is impossible for the peanuts to fall intermittently, so it is difficult to properly crush the peanuts onto the biscuit dough. This makes it difficult to drop peanuts. Especially when it comes to sugared peanuts,
The downside is that the inside of the gutter is covered with sugar and its viscosity makes it difficult to expect the peanuts to fall even if the vibrations are strong.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention was developed to solve the above problems, and its purpose is to distribute and supply a fixed amount of material onto each fabric. In addition, the confectionery ingredients are placed only on top of the biscuit dough, which is fed intermittently at regular intervals, thereby preventing wasted consumption of confectionery ingredients. It is designed to distribute materials smoothly, and its main features are a hopper that is bridged in a direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction of the conveyor, and a hopper that partially closes the lower opening of the hopper and moves reciprocatingly in the direction of the bridge. The apparatus includes a hopper into which confectionery ingredients are placed, and the hopper is bridged above a conveyor. Its longitudinal direction is perpendicular to the direction of travel of the conveyor. The conveyor feeds intermittently, and for example, 17 rows of stamped biscuit dough are conveyed. Additionally, the hopper is open at its bottom long enough to cover the entire row of biscuit or other confectionery dough being conveyed on the conveyor.

This bottom is partially closed off by a scraping plate that reciprocates in the longitudinal direction of the hopper. Usually, this scraping plate has a part cut out, and the cutout part moves without blocking the through hole of the fixed upper plate located below. The shape of the notch may be a circular or square cut out of the board. Also, the scraping board itself is made half the width of the fixed upper board, and it is moved to one side, and half is placed on the edge. A circular cutout may also be formed. In any case, it is sufficient that these notches can move without blocking the through holes of the fixed upper plate located below during reciprocating movement.

A through hole is formed in the fixed upper plate. Its diameter is selected depending on how spread the confectionery ingredients are to fall onto the dough passing on the conveyor, but it is usually slightly smaller than the diameter of the confectionery dough, and it is usually smaller than the diameter of the confectionery dough. It is equal to the diameter of the hole in the plate. The position of the hole in the fixed upper plate is
It is provided at least one through hole offset toward the end of the conveyor belt from the upwardly extending position of each row of fabrics fed on the conveyor.

The number and position of through holes provided in the slide plate are equal to those of the fixed upper plate. The slide plate reciprocates in the same direction between the fixed upper plate and lower plate, similar to the above-mentioned scraping plate. The slide plate and the scraping plate may be reciprocated in synchronization.

The amount of falling confectionery material for one batch is determined by the volume of the holes in the slide plate, but even if the diameter of the holes in the fixed upper plate is equal to that of the slide plate, the volume should preferably be at least 1.5 times that of the slide plate. It is better to double it.

Furthermore, an injection port communicating with the outside is provided in the through hole of the fixed upper plate, and a pipe communicating with an air supply source is connected to this injection port. These pipes may be individually provided with valves, but air may be blown into each hole at regular intervals. A similar structure may be provided for the through holes in the lower fixed plate, but it is also possible to simply provide only the horizontal holes and blow air into each horizontal hole by applying an air gun to each of the horizontal holes as necessary.

On the other hand, the confectionery material filled in the hopper is broken up from the bottom by the scraping plate reciprocating at the bottom of the hopper, and falls into the through hole of the fixed upper plate. At an initial point in time, the through holes in the fixed upper plate and the through holes in the slide plate communicate with each other, and do not communicate with the lower fixed plate. Therefore, the confectionery material that has entered the through hole of the fixed lower plate enters the through hole of the sliding plate as it is.
The amount of confectionery material entering this hole is constant.

In this state, when the confectionery dough is transferred to the bottom of the device, the slide plate slides after confirming this.
The holes in the slide plate and the holes in the fixed lower plate match.
As a result, the confectionery material within the slide plate falls downward through the through hole of the fixed lower plate and onto the confectionery dough.

(Effects) As described above, in the present invention, the fixed upper plate and the fixed lower plate are arranged vertically, the respective through holes are staggered, and the sliding plate is arranged between them. The through hole of the slide plate communicates with and receives only a certain amount of confectionery material,
In this state, the slide plate moves sideways and, when it communicates with the through hole of the fixed lower plate, drops the confectionery ingredients downward, and in synchronization with the intermittent movement of the conveyor, a constant amount of confectionery ingredients is always distributed without waste. It is possible.

In addition, during this dispensing and dropping operation, a scraping plate is provided at the bottom opening of the hopper to reciprocate and break down the confectionery ingredients, so the confectionery ingredients are continuously filled into the holes in the fixed upper plate. When the slide plate returns to its original position, confectionery ingredients can be supplied at all times. In particular, the amount of confectionery ingredients that fall at one time is determined by the volume of the slide plate, but if the capacity of the fixed upper plate is at least 1.5 times that of the slide plate, filling can be done even if the return interval of the slide plate is early. A constant amount of confectionery material is always supplied into the slide plate without causing any delay in work, and can be supplied in fixed quantities through the holes in the fixed lower plate. In addition, if the through hole becomes clogged or if the confectionery material is viscous, such as sugar coating, the confectionery material may adhere to the through hole and smooth filling and discharging may not be possible. Since it is designed to be able to be sprayed, smooth discharge due to adhesion can be ensured.
