離間させるように構成しているので、上型スリー
ブの固定は上型装着盤に取付けている係止金具に
よつて行つていると共に該上型スリーブの固定解
除は該係止金具の下端を他方の下型スリーブの上
端面との当接によつて行つているから、構造が簡
単であると共に左右下型の周囲には作業の邪魔に
なるものが全く存在しない環境にすることができ
てこれらの左右下型に対するバツジ表材や裏材等
の装着作業が何等の支障を来すことがなく迅速に
行え、作業能率を著しく向上させることができる
ものである。

を載置すると共に上型のスリーブを上動可能にし
た状態でこれらの上下型によりバツジ表材の外周
縁部を裏材の外周縁部に包着させてバツジを製造
するように構成したバツジ製造装置において、前
記上型の上部に上型装着盤を一体に設けて該上型
装着盤の両側部に、下端が、上型に被嵌したスリ
ーブの下端から下方に突出し且つ内面にスリーブ
に係止してスリーブを上型から下方に突出させた
状態に固定する係止段面を設けてなる係止金具の
上端部を回動自在に枢着し、さらに、前記他方の
下型に被嵌したスリーブの上端外周径を大径に形
成してその上端面に前記係止金具の下端面を摺接
させながら該係止金具を外方に回動させて係止段
面を上型スリーブの上端面から離間させるように
構成したことを特徴とするバツジ製造装置におけ
